I reached out online to book my first appointment, and the response back was quick. It did take a few months to find a free spot on their appointment calendar, mind you. The office is located along the eastern side of Lewisville Clemmons Road, just north of its intersection with Peace Haven. The office faces the street, and there's a handful of parking spots out front with more available along the other buildings in this complex. The office isn't expansive but there are several dental care stations inside. Dr. Hewitt is the dentist that's been attending to my needs, and there are several hygienists and providers working in this small space. The waiting room up front is compact but not uncomfortable. Front desk staff have always been prompt and kind. They seem to excel in managing the flow of patients and data. Again, while I've only been to the office twice so far, the experiences I've had were positive and polished. If what I've seen is true to form, then this is a well executed operation.

The problems started about 2 years ago with billing. Without going in to too much boring detail the billing is a complete mess. The estimate for services is almost never accurate. This last visit it was off by over $400. In this economy this simply isn't acceptable. Sadly, I will be shopping for a new dentist that has a better system in place. The receptionist actually admitted the problems were on their end but also insisted I have to come up with the $400. I would never have agreed to this service until my out of pocket renewed id I had known the true cost. Beware of the billing department!!
