I went to drop off two items a dress for my girlfriend and a white T-shirt. My T-shirt was expensive and a gift from my brother so didn't want to risk cleaning it myself and ruining the shirt. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my shirt, I noticed a lot of stains that weren't there before... The lady in the front with the blond hair took back my shirt and said she would have them try to remove the stains but it's been a couple days already and haven't received a call or text back... I use uniforms for my security job and they always turn out great and clean and most of all they all package every clothing separate so no loose lint from other piece of uniforms get all over it. One of the worst places to leave your high-end clothes for dry cleaning. I've had multiple experiences where they used pins to label our clothes, even after I specifically asked them not to. These were silk, high-end pants, and the older gentleman helping me seemed to understand my request. While he didn't use pins to label the clothes this time, they still used pins to hang my wife's silk pants on the hanger. The weight concentrated on those two pins caused holes in the fabric. I know this is one of the cheaper dry cleaners around, but not only do they take 10-15 minutes just to locate our clothes, you also risk having your garments damaged. For the record, this is the fifth time they've damaged our clothes by carelessly using pins. It's honestly surprising they've managed to stay in business for over 30 years read more

My cousin referred me to this spot for dry cleaning. Brought my burberry designer clothes here & I definitely got my stuff back worse than what I brought it. Same stains were left on my jacket & shorts. & I understand putting those "safety pins" on the cotton clothes but not on a designer jacket ‍ You just permanently made a little hole in my jacket by doing that. Despite their advertised price, and the price they charged a family member, just 2 weeks earlier, I was charged $8 for a single item dry cleaning. I was dropping off my jacket, and the man, I believe his name was Oscar (?), said ok this is $8. I said ok why? He said because it's a jacket. Fair enough, seems decently priced. (The aforementioned items were also jackets) Only I find out that my family member was charged $3/item. It is not even about the materials, because when I looked at my receipt it said there was markings on my jacket. This was at DROP OFF. I didn't note any markings and neither did the man. Very shady. To top it off, my item does not smell neutral. It smells like the food place next door. It is strong, and spicy and thick. I don't like it. And it is immediate. I wasnt going to post a review but this place ripped my dress pants on the most important day, my grandma ceremony. I used to come here all the time and I stopped because I didnt need to dry clean my dress shirts anymore. First thing I notice was the price increase what use to be $2.50 per item went up to $2.75. Then the lady miscounted my items and when I came to pick it up it wasnt ready two days and it was still not ready and they had lost my shirt and tie. I waited 30mins until they found my shirt and tie. Today was my grandma funeral ceremony and when I put on my dress pants half way to church I saw my pants were ripped not cool at all. On top of excellent Guest Service- they do an outstanding job with the dry cleaning. They are so prompt and same day service is amazing for those emergencies. They did an awesome job at a reasonable price. They're half the price of dry cleaning businesses in other cities. There are never hidden fees! Many dry cleaners in other cities have hidden fees, and/or tell me to pay at pick up. That's never good. Here, you pay at drop off. A bonus is having Queen's Tailor inside too. I would give this place a zero if there is such an option! This place is TERRIBLE! 1. Bad service. The people who worked there seemed like they hated their job or something. No smile whatsoever and not even a thank you or anything but that is not really the main thing. 2. looks like my clothes are not even cleaned at all. When I picked up, it looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. The clothes are shrunken and it looks like part of it is torn. 3. They would always say "yes" when I came and asked if the clothes can be picked up on a certain day/time. But when I came, they always played the same play "oh we can't find it anywhere. Can you come back tomorrow?" Even though I told them when I dropped off that I needed this before a certain day. This did not happen once! This was on multiple occasions. And on multiple occasions I even had to get up early to drop off my clothes because they had the "in by 7 out by 4" or whatever policy. They rarely adhere to the policy I have been given them too many leeways because this didnt happen once. But on multiple occasions like this, i think this place deserves a bad review! I feel like I am wasting money on this place! I've been going to this cleaners for a decade but I just gave up on them. They are cheap, But based on their service they are still over charging. They promised same day service if you bring your clothes in before nine they are supposed to have them ready after five. They have failed me on that promise no less than a half a dozen times. When I work nearby it was inconvenient. He just meant that I had to come by during my next work day. However I no longer work in that area so now it involves a 30 minute drive each way to come back and pick up my clothes. They never make up for their mistakes. They promised me credits over and over again but never delivered. I've complained several times in the past. Nothing ever changes. The owners obviously do not care about their customers. If by some miracle you care and actually read your Yelp reviews, then respond. You can verify that everything I've said is true by asking your employee Gloria. I won't be holding my breath though. I would have paid double to never have gone here in the first place.... This place is the embodiment of rip-off and crap service. I know they're cheap, but even cheap should come with SOME standards. I've used many dry cleaners and know what a dry cleaned shirt is like- and I can guarantee they don't dry clean anything. I brought in a few dress shirts and picked them up in pretty much the same condition they arrived in. All they did was throw them in a dryer- not only were they not cleaned, but the wrinkles in the back of the shirt from sitting were still there! The cuffs were buttoned as well as the rest of the buttons on the front of the shirt. The only reason I didn't complain is, I think the kid working there would have shot me. I walked in and thug life was sitting on a stool texting- and yes, to stereotyped based on his outfit- he had a classic "gang banger" look- Yankees hat with price sticker, 5XL white shirt, and various tattoos of females names on his neck. I walked in and he walked up to the counter and didn't say anything- just stared at me- no hello, what do you need, can I help you- nothing! Usually, when I face crap service and have someone who doesn't greet me, I stare right back and force them to initiate contact. However, not wanting to get shot, I gave him my name and got my shirts and left as quick as possible. I don't care that it's only $2.00- I'll pay more for better service more often than not, so the cheap price isn't the big draw. The fact that my shirts weren't dry cleaned and the staff is rude is enough to keep me away forever. There's no reason why anyone should ever go here- save your money and use your dryer- it's probably safer. read more

First found this great affordable dry cleaning service through Yelp! when I moved close by. They are open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday from 7 am to 7pm. There is a 1 day turn around (so same day isn't true -- I asked and offered to pay more and they refused). I always come around the time Gloria is working, is the sweetest and nicest person and always makes sure to treat you with respect. They open super early and close late and get it done by the next day. If they can't get it done or for some reason there is an issue, Gloria always makes sure you get a discounted price when you comeback. I was referred to this place by my coworker who drives all the way from Pasadena to get her clothes drycleaned here. I brought in 70 or 80 articles of clothing and the nice lady patiently counted out all of the items. They individually tag each item, including belts that are attached to dresses. I received a message from them later in the evening with a clarification request and when I called back, they actually answered, even though the place was closed. The price is so low that I was worried that they would basically do nothing. I even offered to not use the check in coupon if it meant cleaner clothes, but they assured me they dryclean everything the same way. All my clothes came back fine, though to be honest, my clothes are not very soiled (except for a few food marks here and there :P). I am happy with this place and plan to keep coming back. read more

They charge $2.50 a dress shirt which is pretty standard. What I like about this place is they car for your clothes, they do their laundering in hoise so your clothes aren't sent out and lost or damaged and if they attempt to launder it and the stain remains, they will do it again by hand for free.
