UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Golden Pieces Dry Cleaners. Absolutely Zero Star Review I've been going here for YEARS until now. I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. I brought in two dresses for cleaning -- one new and one lightly worn -- and both came back in worse condition than when I dropped them off. There were new stains, including pen marks and what appeared to be oil spots, that definitely weren't there before. When I pointed this out, the manager, Ashley- instead of acknowledging the damage, she became defensive and mentioned they had me on camera, as if that excused the poor cleaning job. The fact remains: my dresses were returned in unacceptable condition, and they refused to make things right. Ashley said they put a lot of love and elbow "grease"into the work that they did. Yes, it definitely shows. When asked to speak to the owner, she said, "Good luck in trying, because you will get the same answer. She's my mom." They were dismissive and unhelpful. I trusted them with my belongings, and now both pieces are ruined. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware before trusting them with your clothing. I would STRONGLY recommend finding another dry cleaner that stands behind their work and takes care of their customers. read more

Very very disappointed at this place. The workers were really nice so it sucks leaving this review but I feel I have to warn everyone before bringing their clothes here. I brought in two ties and seven dress shirts. When I got them back my dress shirts still had stains on them (they do not get rid of stains here). Some of my shirts threads were coming loose as well. They lost one of my Burberry ties (which cost me 200$) and dethreaded my other Burberry tie (you can see a pic below of the cut on my tie on the right side). When I took my clothes back, there was nothing they could do, they told me to come back tomorrow and talk to the owner. When asked about my lost tie all they said leave me your name and number I will call you when I find it. I then followed up with "do you know what it looks like?" They said "no." In my head I was thinking they should ask for a description or how are they going to know it's mine If they don't know what it looks like. Which leaves me to believe if they really "lost it." Either way I am finished with this place, although my ties meant a lot to me because I never really had nice clothes growing up, material items can be replaced, so I will not go crazy on the workers here. If you do decide to go here, I recommend bringing items in with little value. read more

I called 'your cleaners', Teresa answered. She said she will charge $1 more for cleaning on Saturday. I dropped it off on Friday. I told her that we'll be there at 1pm to pick up next day. My husband and I stopped at cleaners at 1:15pm. She was pressing my shirts right after she saw me and said "Did you know you don't have a button on the shirts?" My husband said, "No! It was there yesterday." She yelled at us "Do you think I took it off?" "Did you read back of receipt? It says "we're not responsible for articles not claimed!" If you want to take your clothes, make sure you take pictures and have records of your articles before you drop it off. read more

Well, I read all the great reviews and needed a suit cleaned as fast as possible, so I came here. Very disappointed, as I showed up an hour after they said it would be done the next morning and it still wasn't! I had to wait and watch as they cleaned it. Then they still charged me the full price!!! I won't be coming here again, snubbing a customer like that is ridiculous. The most professional dry cleaning service around town. Highly recommend going to this location. It might be a little difficult to find, but it's in the Pavilion Plaza right next to a mexican restaurant. I love how my shirts, blouses and dresses always come back smelling like fresh linen and pressed to perfection. I have no idea how long it's been around, but I'm definitely coming back! Teresa is the sweetest woman you'll ever get to meet. It rubs off on my clothes. Reliable and usually on time. Whenever you have a stubborn stain, Teresa will tell you that she needs more time to work on it, which I always appreciate. She's does a wonderful job altering my pants and dresses, as I've gained a couple over the years. I'll be coming back to her when I lose it. read more

I am in 100% agreement with Sharon A. Granted, I don't need the services of a drycleaner too often but when I do I don't spare the $. I asked if my suit could be ready in basically 1 1/2 business days, was assured that it would be. I did point out a little spill alfredo that could be simply rinsed out. $15 prepaid. Flash forward to due date in the morning...the lady couldn't find my suit for about 20 minutes. She serviced another waiting customer, then went back to looking and finally located it. She promptly blamed her son who tagged it with the wrong number. OK, whatever let's just get the show on the road...until I noticed that Alfredo drop was still on there, albeit a bit melted... I pointed it out to her, to which she then explained that my suit was PRESSED, NOT DRYCLEANED. So essentially, I paid this "drycleaner" $15 to IRON my clothes rather than clean them. So the state of the art machine that they clean your clothes with either 1) doesn't exist, 2) is used sparingly or not at all. She then offered to clean it on the spot, but I'd have to wait. She obviously knew I had to get going with the "I couldn't find it" bit. Now it was the "let me clean it now" bit. As if the first offense could be forgiven due to the short amount of time I gave them to turn around the suit, it was the final bullshit "I don't give a shit attitude". Your business committed FRAUD because you charged for a service you never provided. Now, when you're saying sorry, it doesn't come as a reflex of JUST saying it. You have to MEAN it. She was saying sorry, but her tone and body language communicated to me "so what, you caught us in the act, now fuck off...". And that's pretty much the ethos of customer service nowadays and why Yelp is a resource to test the waters. Yelpers have been warned. If you want the effect of this place, air dry your clothes on your patio, then take out an ashtray and burn $15. That would at least save you from the incompetence and callous behavior of this wretched place. read more

Great service! Was able to get my brothers dry cleaning done within 5 hrs while. Although they could not dry clean all the clothes. They still were able to get a the main suits and shirt he had to wear for a business trip for a reasonable price. read more

I'm glad I found this dry cleaners. It was tucked in the corner and hidden nearby the new gym I used to go to. Hands down they have been doing the best job since I came here for such a great price! Very friendly family always manages to ask about my day every time. If you have clothes you are afraid will wash out, bring them right over! read more

This place is amazing! The best customer service I have ever experienced for dry cleaning. The lady who runs this place came in on her day off to make sure I had my clothes ready for work on Monday morning. I was absolutely blown away. They put extra care and quality into my dress shirts and suits. They always feel brand spanking new every single time! We tried couple of dry cleaner's who told us that they could not be able to remove the stain from the jacket; But for our surprise when we approached at Your Cleaners They asked when do I want the jacket as it would take extra time for the stain as the stain was old enough more than six months. Actually it happens that the laundry guys increase their price after they see the stain but the lady (Forgot her name) over there smiled and said No Problem we will fix it. I never had any trouble with anything, and they always took care of anything that I needed. We will be regular with them as it is difficult to find excellent and clean work. read more

After many years as a loyal customer I finally gave up. The location is convenient & reasonably priced, but the clothes are rarely ready on time, hardly ever is it opened at the designated time and they have lost a few items over the years. I guess what finally pushed me over the edge was that they opened 35 mins late one day and the owner wasn't even sorry that she was late and had kept customers waiting. read more

I came here because my regular cleaners was closed. I dropped of my coat, I was on the phone not paying attention(my mistake). She told me $5 and I just signed the receipt. The next day I realized she charged me $15. When I picked up my coat I told her, I thought you said $5. She said no I charge $15 dollars, you must be going to some cheap cleaners. My mistake was sending my son to drop off 2 simple office dresses. Cleaners didn't write down the price on the receipt. Went to pick up the dresses and found they charged 3x the cost anywhere else. Make sure you they tell you what they are charging for your items before you leave....or you could be in for a big surprise! read more
