While I was waiting a man came in complaining that he went for alterations for his clothes and when he picked it up they had not done anything to it yet charged him as if they did. He asked me to leave and come back in an hour while he looked for my clothes. I called an hour later and was told they found it but was not ready so I had to wait an extra 30min. I brought in two dresses for cleaning -- one new and one lightly worn -- and both came back in worse condition than when I dropped them off. There were new stains, including pen marks and what appeared to be oil spots, that definitely weren't there before. When I pointed this out, the manager, Ashley- instead of acknowledging the damage, she became defensive and mentioned they had me on camera, as if that excused the poor cleaning job. The fact remains: my dresses were returned in unacceptable condition, and they refused to make things right. Ashley said they put a lot of love and elbow "grease"into the work that they did. Yes, it definitely shows. When asked to speak to the owner, she said, "Good luck in trying, because you will get the same answer. She's my mom." They were dismissive and unhelpful. I trusted them with my belongings, and now both pieces are ruined. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware before trusting them with your clothing.
