Over the years, I've been blessed with multiple amazing sitters, all of whom have been professional, kind, and genuinely caring toward my pets. They've done a particularly great job caring for my senior dog, giving her the extra attention and patience she needs to stay comfortable and happy. Two of my dogs require daily medication, and they've always handled it with care, consistency, and attention to detail. Their communication is always excellent. I get regular updates and check-ins, and they've even stepped in on short notice when a family emergency came up--something I'm incredibly grateful for. Figuring we needed to get away from the smoke, we decided to drive out towards San Diego until the evacuation orders were lifted for our area. The owner, Graham called me to offer boarding for the next two nights at no charge to help us due to the fire. When we brought Sunny in that afternoon, they had already called our vet to verify his vaccinations and he was quickly checked in. The lady who checked him in advised that they would bathe him as well free of charge. I picked him up two days later and he was very happy to go home but we could tell he was well adjusted and well cared for. Thanks again!
