These saws are costly and lluckily I have a friend to help me restore it. I had Mr Fuhrer's shop remove the old paint and rust. Then they appled a base coating on the exposed metal. I am currently assembying the saw and am very happy with the work done by Fuhrer Paint Werkz. The work was completed when promised and the price was reasonable and I was given a discount off the quoted price. I will end up with a functioning peice of equipment with many more years of service rather than purchasing a new expensive saw.
