I was a bit uneasy when I dropped-off my car this morning by not seeing familiar faces anymore, but that quickly melted away. To my surprise, I received a text message about what was going on with the car outside of needing an oil change and the incurred charges. When I authorized it, I got a phone call later on that it would need a new engine air filter, too, and once again, was given a price quote up-front, and said they'll order the part and it will be installed in ASAP. I received both a text message AND a phone call that the car was ready, which was super nice that they covered both bases. When I arrived and was being charged out, I was happy to see that Tim is still working in the shop, and he recognized me.
