The sushi rolls are good. Not fabulous but better than Publix sushi…read more The ramen is disappointing and not prepared correctly. The noodles were gummy/chewy. It was as though the dry noodles were thrown in a warm bowl of broth. It wasn't cooked. And it was super salty and I do love salt but this was too much. I would categorize this restaurant as fast food sushi. We won't be back.

The waitress recommended the wontons, so I went with those, plus a classic salmon roll and a side of edamame. All in, it was a $20 meal... and honestly really filling. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the salmon roll. It wasn't your traditional small California-roll style it was a bit larger and packed with protein, which I loved. This spot is definitely a great soft introduction to sushi for people who aren't big on raw fish. If you're a die-hard sushi lover looking for super traditional cuts, this might not be your go-to, but they still have some really fun options. The new owner is fantastic, and she's been running lots of specials (including days where kids eat free!) and they're planning to start hosting events, too. Definitely worth stopping by and trying it out!

From the timing, the background and detail of each dish, everything was perfect. Seeing the prices had us a little nervous, but it genuinely was worth every penny that we spent. we got seated in Rachel's section and she was actually the best server we've ever had (this is coming from a new hospitality grad, so I know service). If anyone at Disney is reading this either give that girl a raise or a management position, because she is a true asset to the company.

I chose the spicy kazan roll for app, pork tenderloin for main, and a creme brulee for dessert. Others at my table got the flatbread with duck, so I was able to try some of that too. Spicy kazan roll can be seen as a bit basic (and it doesn't rival some of the amazing CA sushi), but it's like getting 2 entrees with the sushi and pork tenderloin, so can't complain there. Pork was perfectly cooked and I loved the goat cheese polenta, gave the creamy polenta a complex flavor. Creme brulee was so rich and custardy delicious. I couldn't finish this one, but I'm glad I tried it. Ambiance cannot be beat. The window view is beautiful, and it's delightful to see a castle right outside.

I got the smoked house dry rub wings, and omg, they were so good! Well-seasoned, crispy, and the blue cheese was chunky and delicious same with the ranch. The fries were also delicious and well-seasoned. The potato salad didn't fall behind either the potatoes were chunky but not hard. A lot of places butcher it, but this one was perfect. The people taking orders seemed like they were on a different time lol, but the food came out fast. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be stopping by again.

It's an order at the counter kind of place and they even have a rewards program. We always get (and recommend) the turkey. Tonight's was good but not great like it usually is. Excellent fried okra; real fries. We also like their ribs. AND they have good ice. The machine can be finicky but the customers like the ice, so they keep it running for us. I think that's pretty cool. And, again, they're local. Not some big chain. 4.5* this time since the turkey wasn't as great as usual. We'll be back!

It's the best of the best! The show that is depicted on the castle is incredible, so many Disney movie moments and music. The fireworks are truly spectacular! I was moved to tears by the show. Pros for enjoying, find your spot 10-15minutes before it begins, We definitely were those running and got a decent spot, but it was packed with thousands of on-lookers. I've sen tiktoks of folks who choose to ride some rides during the show and that also looks cool! Of all the park firework shows, this is definitely a must-see.

You'll want to stake out a good spot and hunker down right as sunset is starting, if you want to get a view head on to the castle. The castle itself is lit up in many colors and a light show before the fireworks begin, so definitely get a shot/view of that too. Very pretty! You can see the fireworks from anywhere but they won't look quintessentially Disney if the castle is not also in them, so a lot of people will be fighting for that front and center spot. We actually moved around a lot to get a few different views, but my favorites were still the castle-front shots. Now getting out of there afterward is madness, so if you're worried about that or worried about getting through a big crowd, I'd skip the fireworks or leave a little early before the fireworks show ends.

It's one of Disney's newer additions, and worth the detour. Grabbed a Cold Brew Coffee to start the morning. My only gripe was they were pretty heavy-handed with the ice, which left me with more diluted coffee than I bargained for so I'd you're an iced coffee purist, don't be shy about asking for light ice. That said, the experience was quick, easy, and painless if you're looking to get your caffeine fix before a full day in the parks. The space itself has a really nice ambience that fits the Polynesian's theming well. Being a newer concept, it feels fresh and polished without the wear you see at some of the older resort quick-service spots. Would I come back? Probably, especially for convenience if I'm already over at the Poly. Just going to ask for easy ice next time!
