    Stood in line as the cherry picked customers out of the line to help first, was told they didn't provide tape unless the package is priority... never had that issue as I just reuse boxes, but okay. Asked if I could use the stapler to staple the small box shut, she said no. Asked for the label she already printed and was going to throw away, so I could go buy some tape and just drop it off to not have to stand in line for another 30 minutes and she threw it away. USPS should just close all together. Nothing makes sense ever. Not to mention this was my third location, photo is of the first .... Don't even have words for that one, but as you can assume, no one came to the door. Second was ... inside a gas station? Where they were paving the ground so couldn't even attempt that situation.

    This place is horrible!! Had to have the US POSTAL SERVICE AND POSTMASTER investigate this place! Kathy and Eric are the worst!! Mail being redirected to an old address. When called and asked what was the issue, Kathy was rude and loud mouthed. No worries, y'all are under investigation, and don't worry, I will make sure to press charges for missing electronics and gifts. Already got my letter from the USPS POSTMASTER.

    Absolutely terrible. Awful service. Lazy workers. Ordered wrapping paper and it became this huge ordeal.

    Let me start by saying that for each time I have dropped off a package, it has always been taken…read morecare of and shipped in a timely manner. This review is about the attitude of some of the staff that works at this location. When you drop off a box and request a receipt for the drop off, the employee should graciously accept the request and print you one, hopefully with a smile or at least with a friendly attitude. What they should not do is act as if you are putting them out, throwing their hands in the air out of frustration because they have to stop what they are doing, say "give me a second!!" in a frustrating and nasty tone to go and print you a receipt they should do automatically anyway. Being a business owner myself, employees need to realize that the personality they project to their customers determines if a person will come back or not. I requested the receipt and was even patient while he finished up what he was doing, despite his rude behavior and demeanor. I almost asked him if I was putting him out, by requesting something that should be automatic in the first place, but I didn't because I was not sure what he would do to my package when I left. You do not act like that with a customer period, especially one who has every right to ask for a receipt for their records no matter how bad your day is or what you are in the middle of at the time. I was nice and patient, you were neither. Do better Pakmail in Alpharetta.

I dropped off a package on Friday and was told it would be handed off to USPS on Monday, but as of Thursday evening, it still hasn't been shipped. This delay is especially concerning because the package contains an expensive perfume, and the situation is now reflecting poorly on my business. I've always had positive experiences before, so this was unexpected and frustrating. I hope they can improve communication and ensure timely handling of shipments moving forward. As of right now I'm considering the package stolen.

    Kudos for the selection you have ... but what is up with your delivery people?…read more In the last 2 weeks we have had several items sent to our home. The delivery showed it was "hand delivered to resident".. and at NO TIME did we have contact with the Amazon delivery person. The first time it happened we looked all over for the item and could not find it.. then we looked at our cameras and BINGO they placed the item in our USPS mail box! Yesterday it happened again and all was caught on camera ! What is with the drivers saying they " hand delivered it" ! Sorry they are lying and it will bite you in the butt one day with all the cameras people have to document the delivery !

    Amazon is not the first website that I would order an item from. Amazon has a tendency to deliver…read morepackages days after it was scheduled for delivery .Sometimes they don't even ship your package until the day that it was supposed to be delivered to you. If it's an important item that you drastically need in a hurry I suggest shopping somewhere else. They are sometimes very unreliable, their customer service can use some improvement, and their delivery times are usually unpredictable to say the least. I ordered lights to decorate my dorm room off of amazon and I never received my order from them. When I first ordered it they told me that it would come within 4 to 5 business days: however, that was not the case. My lights did not ship until the 4th day of me waiting for them. I waited a couple days to see if my package would come. After about three days of not receiving my "shipped" package I decided that it was time to take matters into my own hands. I first called the delivery company that was supposed to drop off my package and they said that they never got a package for my address or name. I then decided to email amazon and they replied back saying that my item was shipped to the postal service that would be delivering it. Although, they said that my items were shipped I still did not receive them days later so I decided to call the company to and find out why. The first time I gave them a call I was on hold for at least 30 minutes waiting to talk to a representative. After being on hold for a significant amount of time, I was told that there were no available representatives to talk to at that time and that I should call the next day. The next day when I called I was on hold for a while but I finally got to talk to someone about my order. I was told that my order had been sent back because of an unknown error. I never got an email or notification saying that the order that I have been waiting on for weeks was sent back. When I asked why my order got sent back the representative told me that she was not sure why but sometimes it just happens. When I asked for my money she told me that I had to email amazon or go to the website and click on "about refunds" and ask back for my money there. So I emailed amazon and asked them for a refund due to the fact that my package got canceled but I never got my money back. The next day they emailed me and said they would refund me my money back within 24 hours of my initial email. I waited for the money but it never went back into my account so I emailed them again and this time they didn't respond until days later saying that, once again, they would send my money back to me. After not receiving my money a second time I just decided not to worry about it and just decided to be cautious of where and what I buy online. Next time I know not to rely on amazon so much for my online shopping. Next time I know to be cautious and what sites I shop on. If you do decide to shop on amazon just be mindful of what you get and who the seller is that you are getting the product from.
