First surgery for scar revision that was unsuccessful was in March 2023. I came back January 8, 2024 to have the revision surgery redone with injections. As soon as I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he was disgustingly rude! Told me he NEVER offered to redo my surgery FOR FREE and that he only offered injections. I know for fact I scheduled this surgery for today because they tried to use my insurance and I said " no, Dr.Ibrahim offered to redo the surgery for FREE". As a patient, I am totally heartbroken and disappointed. How could a doctor treat a patient as such? He told me that I was rude to his assistant's because of my DEMEANOR?? Are you serious? As a patient who has had an unsuccessful surgery, I'm not sure what he was expecting but I still had a small peace of hope. I'm totally shocked and baffled! He humiliated me and left me speechless. Continuously told me to get my records and seek another doctor. Which seemed to me he felt guilty and was not confident enough to redo the surgery like he offered NOVEMBER 2023. I felt compelled to do this review as an attorney notice is firstly ignored and then one to Clevens attorney which was ignorged. The pictures below gives a scenario of three attempts at a neck lift, live fill that doesnt work anyways! And eyelids that are sagging. Three surgeries first face lift 9/18/2020 a second surgery 4/29/21 and a third 9/22/22 We all love before and after pictures these just show that my neck was never fixed after being subjected to three botch jobs, ironically no cut under the chin! ummm interesting albeit I asked. None of them look better than the other, but just to help those of you that are making a decision to have anything done I would say find someone else. This is all Clevens work! I had a septo rhinoplasty surgery performed by Dr Clevens with terrible results. After my surgery I had many issues such as nasal valve collapse, a pinched nasal tip, still had a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates that remained, bridge irregularities, a droopy nasal tip due to lack of appropriate tip support, and cartilage pressing through my nasal skin. These issues were confirmed by five other doctors ranging from two double board certified facial plastic surgeons, one ENT, and two double board certified facial plastic surgeons who specialize in revision rhinoplasty. Also after surgery the tip of my nose appeared slanted and at an angle and I have a visible scar incision now running into the side of my nose (I am not referring to the columella incision normally made during an open rhinoplasty). read more

I had a blepharoplasty and a rhinoplasty from Dr. Clevens. Prior to the surgery he sold me a bill of goods and charged me thousands, upon thousands of dollars for the procedures. After the surgery, he told me my scars would heal with time. It has been several years now, and I have scars on both eyelids and a deviated septum. My nose does not look any better than it did before surgery. When I asked Clevens why there was no change, he had the gall to tell me "you had thick skin on your nose". He knew that prior to surgery, but failed to tell me that after he took all of my money. I made many calls to Clevens office and although he offered to Redo the rhinoplasty", I would have to pay an additional $5000 for anesthesia and the surgery center. What a joke. He would not back down and agree that he botched both surgeries, and that bill should be paid by him. Additionally, his sidekick JoHanna kept saying she would "see what she could do", but not once followed up. Don't ever even consider using this "surgeon", because he is a charlatan. Recently visited for lip filler and Botox as part of my regular maintenance and a surgery consult. They do fillers differently than most places with the use of a cannula that was supposed to be not as painful and not bruise as much as regular needles. Unfortunately not only was it just as much or more painful than needles since they don't use any numbing cream I bruised worse and longer than any prior treatment. Botox was fine and I eventually received my proper surgical consult and quote although the Botox and surgery quote was quite a bit more expensive than I've received and been quoted elsewhere. I guess they just have to pay for the fancy building and office *shrug*. Sorry but I won't be back. read more

Do not use Clevens face and body. They said they could reduce or eliminate my acne scarring leftover from my youth with a CO2 laser. I had it done late last year. I specifically asked if I would have to keep coming back for treatments or will the scars come back. The NP (Nurse practitioner) or whatever she was said scars don't come back so no. After the laser treatment which was a major hassle afterward, I had an appointment with the esthetician, who has had way too many "treatments" for her face, she said that I would have to keep coming back for peels and such. I asked the NP again based on with the esthetician said. The NP said that she never said I wouldn't have to come back. She flat out lied and tried to gaslight me. On my last appointment, The NP did not take pictures so I could see before and after. I went to my car, remembered, went back in and insisted on the after pictures. When I finally received them, the after pictures were worse than the before pictures. I called and said that I wanted my money back. The NP said she would be glad to do the procedure again. OK, if she made it worse the first time, why would I want a second treatment? She refused a refund and said that's the best she would do. It appears they are con artists, dishonest and not very good at what they do. read more

I had surgery with Dr. Clevens in November of 2022, and I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience. The office staff was friendly and informative, and while Dr. Clevens might be a great surgeon, he didn't seem to care that much about communication or what I wanted. Instead, it was very unprofessional, and I felt like he only looked at me as a means to profit. There was no talk of computerized video imaging during my first consultation for a rhinoplasty. Even though this is something he advertises, I was never offered any type of imaging until I asked for it. When the office staff said they could do it, it ended up being done without me and I received an email with an image of what my nose would look like. I made adjustments to the image and replied to the email, but I was never made confident in the fact that Dr. Clevens reviewed or acknowledged these changes. I feel like the surgeon should take their time and be more involved in the process, but instead, the experience felt very rushed. I felt pressured to sign the paperwork, make a deposit, and figure out finances during my first consultation. Without having time to review anything and without being given any sort of imaging, they were all about a quick sign. There were long wait times for appointments and I often found myself waiting in the lobby for longer than I was in the actual exam rooms. During my appointments with Dr. Clevens, he was there for a few minutes before he hurried off to the next patient. I had raised concerns about how my nose was going to look and about the imaging, and my concerns were dismissed. He didn't seem interested in having an actual conversation or reassuring me that my nose would turn out how I wanted. This lack of attention and concern was present throughout my entire experience with this practice. When it is time to have progress photos taken, they want you to consent to share the images and it isn't clear how to decline. It feels more like they are building a portfolio for Dr. Clevens and you are just another page in his book. During my last appointment, all he did was move my hair out of my face with a stick, glanced at my nose, said it looked good. I felt like he barely even acknowledged me and there was no compassion or concern for what I thought about my new nose. Now, even though my new nose is very symmetrical and may not be botched, it looks less like what I wanted and more like what the surgeon wanted. It also does not look like the imaging that I was given, which validates my initial concerns. I was particularly disappointed when I was being transferred to the operating room, and Dr. Clevens maybe made eye contact with me once while talking to the person next to him. At that moment, I realized just how unprofessional the entire experience would be. I would not recommend Dr. Clevens to someone knowing their experience could be similar to mine. As a patient, it's essential to feel heard, validated, and well-cared for during the process of undergoing a procedure. I was left wondering throughout my experience. I wasn't heard or validated throughout the entire process, and ultimately, Dr. Clevens will end up doing what he wants to you instead of what you think looks best on you. In conclusion, while my nose may not be considered "botched," I deserved more respect and consideration from Dr. Clevens and his team. My experience with this plastic surgeon fell short on all accounts. read more

Came in for some BroTox and had the pleasure of meeting Samira. The initial consultation was spot on with the areas that I felt needed attention. She seemed very knowledgeable about where and how to inject. The actual injections were pretty painless and she made it pretty quick. The last thing I want to do is sit in the chair for 30 mins. I made an appointment for an eyelid lift and was talked into surgical lip procedures as well as eyelid work for a whopping $15K. I am over 80 years old and was not made aware of how drastic the lip procedure would be. As I was not familiar with plastic surgery, I did not realize the many other options available. Unhappy with everything I've had done with this surgeon. Used dissolving sutures on my eyelids that scarred on each side, wonky strange looking forehead after eyebrow lift, and rude staff that performed my laser in the office the day after my main surgery when I was in a lot of pain. They talked as if I wasn't even there as I sat bandaged while they performed the chest laser. I'll never go back and I'm suspicious of any positive reviews. First of all. I went in on a referral and my consult was supposed to be free but they needed a reminder I wanted some honest opinions about what would best improve my look. I ended up with a 12 g quote and tried my best to get them to lower that. After all we were only talking about some lasers to treat fine lines and a slight "laser assisted weekend neck lift". So she sent in her second opinion the aesthetic nurse. Who even tho moments prior the lasers were the best way to go, now suddenly a chemical peel some Botox and fillers were the answer, for 8500. I considered it and ran my credit. In the meantime, I was getting a 1 vial lip filler 1 vial for cheeks and some botox, totaling 3500. After I walked out. I let them know my job would have to clear me for the date they selected , scheduled 2 months out. She let me know that not only was the credit there, but the procedures were fully paid for already and I would start paying the companies 1g a month for a yr in a couple weeks. That's right, paying 12 g for a procedure not yet done. I let her know this was completely unbelievable as I don't even have the dates cleared and it may not even be possible! She argued this is how it's done all the time. We pay 109% for the procedure before dates are booked even months prior to even knowing if the customer can actually do it and I demanded a reversal, which she of course tried to bully me into dropping letting me know how much work"I" caused her. Quality of work: My lips completely leaked out all of the filler within a couple days, my taste buds and shrinkage verified that , the facial filler is gone and the Botox wore off in a month. I contacted them to let them no and there was nothing they could do except charge me full price (795.00) for another vial. I reached out a couple days ago to no avail Evaluation: Poor quality, terrible customer service...their butchers and schisters and care nothing about you and have no pride in their work. They charge far more than everyone else and u wind up feeling screwed and robbed. Book a 100 dollar flight. Get your work in NY cause if clevens is the best, forget about it. read more

Deciding to have a tummy tuck and liposuction was less about looks and more about giving me back my active lifestyle I once had prior to my twin pregnancy. Three top dermatologists confirmed precancer lesions on lip line. Cryotherapy unsatisfactory results, only causing scar tissue. Laser treatment recommended, patient is a V.W. bleeder. He bored 3 holes in my lip, I bled for days. Now I have 3 scars and a lump in my upper lip! The extremely rude p.a. said cryotherapy is all he will do. Med records state "Bleeder!". Dr clevens is just awful. Please seek out another dermatologist. I have early stages of rhinophyma in my nose and I went in there seeking co2 laser surgery. There are several treatments for rhinophyma but Co2 is fast and effective. Dr, clevens entered the room. Looked me up and down without introducing himself and abruptly asked me why I was there. I told him my situation in which he was completely unsympathetic! Telling me I have a condition that I DONT have and recommending that I go get a facial from his esthection. -1 Sloppy work, greedy, unethical, unprofessional, unfocused, extremely poor communicator. Nurse unable to pick up the slack. Performed my face and necklift in Oct 2015 in exchange for $36,000. Here are a few examples of his substandard service. Instead of a temple-only forehead lift, he did a full forehead lift. Refused to examine the resulting nerve damage on my right side. Still throbs. Instead of transferring fat to my tear troughs, he deposited lumps of fat asymmetrically in my cheeks and jowls. The fat dissolved, but a scar on each cheek remains. Refused to examine the persistent lump on my neck for 7 weeks post-op. Ignored my requests for a diluted steroid injection. Had to resort to complaining to a competitor who confirmed the lump was "abnormal". At next session with Ross, he had three neophyte doctors feel the lump. Ross then injected full strength steroid on the spot. Ross injected it a 2nd time at a subsequent post-op visit. Lump now replaced by a black divot and a flap of skin. Nice work, Ross. Placed the scar above my Vermillion on one corner lip lift. In short, visit to a plastic surgeon in Vero Beach! read more

I saw Dr. Clevens for MOHS surgery on my face. After the consultation my surgery was scheduled for the following week. He went in, removed all of the squamous cell carcinoma cells, put the incision in a smile line and off I went. Dr Simon is amazing! She did a great job on a procedure they are not yet known for but should be! Breast implant explants! She did a complete capsulectomy and a lift so I would have my natural boobs!! No bruising, no suture issues, controllable pain with healing! Her team is amazing, but be cautious with the front of the house! Those gals will not help you gather your info regarding your records, and are all about grabbing your credit card! They do not accept insurance and considered my ruptured implant removal cosmetic! You will have to take on your insurance company by yourself and their so called "concierge" is rude and not helpful. She had me in tears during my recovery when I phoned her fir some info, MY info that I needed sent to me! They also want to charge you for your files and photos they take if you! I had 3 procedures done by Ross Clevins. A brow lift with the incision following my tattooed eyebrows. The result was my eyebrows were raised so high that I look surprised all the time. He removed skin from my neck, but the scar is very obvious. He proposed filling in nasal folds and marionette lines with my body fat. It disappeared in 4 weeks. I complained about the $4000 expense for the fat transfer disappearing so he repeated the procedure. It disappeared again. The 3 procedures cost $14,000 and only the brow lift is acceptable. I would like the $4000 for fat transfer refunded. He is very arrogant and condescending and I would not recommend him to anyone. read more

I came to Clevens to get liposuction of my saddlebags. So he suggested that I also get a gluteal fat transfer. It sounded good at the time, then I asked to speak to him again about it as I was having concerns. He was nice enough to FaceTime with me and said it wouldn't be much fat he would transfer to my butt. 5 months later it definitely is too much. I was worried from the beginning and expressed my concerns. Now I have one butt cheek noticeably bigger than the other. And still rippling on the opposite side. I hate that I didn't really have control of what I ultimately wanted. I would've been happy with just getting the saddlebags removed. My butt wasn't super flat before. It looked fine for my body type. Now my butt looks really unnatural and too much of a bubble. I understand that nobody is perfectly symmetrical but this is noticeable and I feel too embarrassed to wear a swimsuit. The nurses were nice enough until the last app she pretty much forced the iPad on me to write a review even though I said I'd do it eventually. The nurses were nice enough there but didn't seem caught up on who they were seeing in the room as I had to tell them why I was there. I'm sure they are super busy, but could at least go over my file before walking in the room. I had to ask a lot of questions regarding post care and time that I was curious about. I realise they get a lot of patients, but this was my very first surgery. I don't do this everyday and that's how it seemed like they treated me. read more
