I went here for my last set and love them. We are a party of 3. We went there to celebrate my friends engagement. We made reservations for 6pm, little did we know they close at 7pm. They stayed open late just for us. The workers were all super friendly and made our party feel special. Specially the bride to be. They had a little pup who came to say hi to us. My nails are lasting and are strong. I have trouble finding a good nail place because I usually get very long nails. Because of the length of my nails, they usually break if its a cheap material. So far, my nails are still perfect, no breaks or chips! I will def go back here. I am happy that I think I found a good salon that I will stick to for a long time. I have been to clever Nails twice, the first time I was so excited as they did an awesome job. I had a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. The second time I can't complain about my pedicure but my eye was damaged with the wax job. I'd say don't have your waxing done there and as for me I won't return. I called to complain and they did not seem interested in doing anything about it. read more

I went for a post shut down pedicure yesterday & went back today to get my nails filled, both with shellac polish. If I could give a 10/10 rating on this salon & the level of service I received I would. Both the gentleman (he did my pedi) & the lady who did my nails today are wonderful!! They're both personable, friendly & professional. My feet look & feel amazing & my nails, honestly, I've never loved them more!! Firstly, I booked an appointment for new set of acrylics and when I got there I hand to wait half hour cuz they booked my appointment for a manicure instead even tho the lady on the phone confirmed for acrylics. Then I tried to explain the guy what I wanted and the placement of the design but he didn't want to know he just wanted to get started on the base and get done as soon as possible. He did not take his time at all. I even drew out the design placement for him but he just said u just put stickers on them. So I didn't even leave with the design I wanted just stickers. He was buffing my nails so badly I felt like my nails were gonna rip off and I explained to him but he just let go of my hands and said "well I'm not gonna buff them anymore" and he DIDNT!!! he asked me if it was my first time and that I shouldn't be getting nails cuz I can't handle it. I've gotten my nails done before multiple times and never had an issue and instead of finding the solution to the problem he just didn't notbuff them to make it perfect. He was very rude!!He started off good with the French tips but after that it went down hill, all of them are uneven. I also let him kno that one of the nail glued down was crooked but he said it was cuz my finger was. I kid u not my finger is straight asf. I thought I would give this place a try but never again. I fave 2 stars cuz the nails from afar look good but if u look closely they're done very poorly like by an amateur. UPDATE: I got my nails done on the 27th and one of my nails broke on the 29th just by picking up my cat. So I called them and asked for a refund and to completely remove my nails cuz of the bad quality. But she said I was rude which I WASNT. I simply ask for a refund. She told me to come in after the store closes which is very unprofessional and I understand why now because when their store closed and the last customers left both the guy and lady started SCREAMING at me. They Told me to stand up and look at a piece of paper on the corner of the wall a very tiny piece of paper Which was their policy. Mind you when I got my nails done from them, they did not let me know of any policies. They kept screaming at me and I told them they did not let me know of any policies and to that their answer was that I'm supposed to know myself I should've seen myself. "Your suppose to know it". The guy who did my nails kept screaming at me and telling me to stop talking and shut up and he also told my dad that he needs to teach me some manners and that I need to learn me some manners. They kept saying that I am young and I do not know anything but they kept yelling at a "child". Two grown adult screaming at a "child". The guy kept asking my dad my age which was very creepy and unprofessional and extremely rude.The lady said that she would fix my nail that was broken and no more but as soon as she sat down and actually stop screaming and took the time to look at my nails she realized that they were bad so she went in and clipped all my cuticles and rebuffed all of my nails and was suddenly nice to me. She realize how bad my nails were but she still defended her employee who is not trained and very unprofessional. Through all of this the guy still kept yelling at me and kept telling me to stop talking and yelling at my dad as well . If the world was ending and you had to get your nails done then you could go to this place and if you really had to you should get it done by the lady she knows how to do it but please stay away from the guy he is a literal nightmare. Not everyone here is trained professionally and the customer service is HORRIBLE. I am aware that other people might have had good experiences with them but I did not and I'm just sharing mine. I don't recommend this place. I've came 4 times now. I thought it was initially good then the 3rd time I went my nails chipped a few days later. It's conveniently located near my house so despite this I still booked again. The fills are $40 with regular polish and the pedicures are $30 with regular. The last time my total was like 70+ tax. I seen that they had a special which was 10% off if you spend 50, so I booked. THEY SCAMMED ME. My total was $90 Saturday, so not only did they NOT honour the discount that they had but they also overcharged me 20+. I asked the male how much my nails cost to confirm and he said "only $40, good price!" He CONFIRMED my nails only cost $40 SO WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME $50 for a pedicure?? And also not honouring the deal. I wanted to become a regular here, but after they scammed me $20+ I will NEVER be going back. I gave him the opportunity to make it right, and even asked "but it says on the door that there's 10% off??" And he said "no, you have to book with lots of people".... it does not say that. You can probably still check on the website but it said 15% off if you book a group with x amount of people, and 10% off if you spend 50. This was their Black Friday deal. SO, not only do they NOT honour the discounts but they also over charge. read more

Male client. Presented with nails split on hand and foot. Quick soak, trim and file. Done. No attention to cuticles, though the sides of some nails were cut away. No offer of nail hardener, or colour. Waited 20 minutes past appointment time (wall clock is 15 minutes slow). Might have been a better experience if I had been female. read more

My daughter got her nails done here and they wouldn't cut them down to what she wanted. I brought her back and they wanted to charge $10. I explained that the tech did told her they would be shorter after filing, which did not happen. The nail polish is blotchy and the hand painted design is amateur. She wanted flames and she got messy flowers. I would not recommend this place. read more
