He recognizes the importance of trying to alleviate "misaligned expectations", which seems to be at the root of so many business, as well as personal, disputes. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and, once the go-ahead was given, he scheduled the work quickly and his crew was on time, all while keeping in constant communication and sending photos of the work in progress. Being a Certified Arborist, I appreciated Mike's expertise and discussion on which trees and shrubs should be removed versus which should just be trimmed. Most impressive was the removal of two large sugar maple trees next to the house that were fragile and in danger of damaging the house, and the trimming of three more large sugar maple trees on the same property.
