We tried calling them two weeks before we made contact with anyone only to be told my wife was a adult who could make her own decisions! Talk about some real pieces of crap this whole business is a scam they all should be in jail And never even be able too work near anything too do with cars we are borrowing money too hire the Best lawyer we can JUST to make aure they pay And never do this to anyone else' even if I have to file bankruptcy we Will expose there sorry asses.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!…read more I have had my car for less than a month, and I can't enjoy it because there is always something going wrong with it. I genuinely believe they are only concerned about their profits and not the customers. After waiting all year to get a decent, reliable car, I was misled into thinking I had found one. Now, they don't answer my calls, and there's always an excuse for the issues I'm facing. They seem to rig parts for the car instead of properly addressing the problems. I highly recommend finding a better dealership if you want a reliable vehicle. Don't waste your money on this company; it's not worth it!

Adeline was the phone agent who helped me and was courteous and professional, managing to squeeze me in a half hour from my call for the local CarMax. When we arrived, there was about a 20 minute wait. Cameron, the Customer Specialist who assisted us with our sale, was friendly, personable, and we truly enjoyed our interaction with him today. The sale was processed smoothly and we wish him all the best in his career and hope CarMax recognizes the value he brings to the team by highlighting such an excellent representative for their brand.

Well, first impressions mean a lot but I wasn't impressed. I walked in, it was rainy, it was in…read morethe afternoon but I was prepared to buy a vehicle THAT DAY for cash money. Maybe that's the problem. I shouldn't have told the guy/gal how I was going to pay. We'll see how it goes the next time I go there as this is going to be interesting. I have read the reviews here and will ask what they do to prep cars. I'll also check how many miles it take to trip that check engine light again. I walk in and it's rainy outside. I told him I was here to look at a specific model. He said it wasn't there. I told him the make, approximate mileage and the price range it was in. He ran cars in that price range and asked if I saw anything I liked. I told him right then and there, you're going too fast for me to look. He'd made the statement he didn't want to send me out on the lot if it were raining. Really? HE didn't want to go out on the lot if it were rainy. When he found I came in to look at a specific car, it wasn't there, he was ready for me to leave. Really? Does he not know how sales work? Sometimes it's you talk, find out what the customer wants the first visit a second time and then you make the sale? If I go back, I'll look for anyone but this idiot. The cars are behind a fence. They have an exit gate but ask you to go through the sales room. I get that, herd the fish into a narrow strip to pick them off. But, when I'm standing there for three minutes or more and no one comes up to me asking to help me, I'm going going out the door even though it's rainy to look at the cars. But, before I walked out, some employee came up to help me as described above. Again, I can't say enough that when he saw the vehicle I was wanting to look at wasn't there and found out I was paying cash money, he was ready to move on. They have a set price that is what you see is what you get. Other dealerships have a price that you can slightly bend but add on the doc fees. This place doesn't add doc fees. They add ATTITUDE FEEs. While we can track exactly how much the docs are, the ATTITUDE FEEs from this place are unlimited. Do they sell good cars? He mentioned I could try it out three times. Why would I need to try out the same car more than once? Was he saying that I can try out three different cars on their lot and that's it? Really? If you get three bad apples, I don't think I'd be coming back to bite a forth time. Hey, those stupid doc fees are looking pretty good.

last year my daughter-in law and my son were looking for another vehicle. She found one at this car…read morelot (i use the words car lot very loosely). She wanted it so we went to look at it. This salesman I can't remember his name he sounds Jamaican he said he was leaving to go see his family that day overseas. The car a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse appeared nice clean and well taking care of. He said nothing was major issues So she took his word (they are deaf by the way) We paid $8000 cash for it and left. She went back the day after for something and he was there. Within a week we found out why he was leaving that day. It started missing. So she tried contacting him many times with no reply. She even went there to se him and there he was .That sure was a fast trip overseas. Make a long story short. till this day 7-11-2026 . we have had to put new brake shoes and rotors, new ac pump $3000 worth of top engine work, new radiator, transmission work, new oil pressure sensor and pigtail because it had a 2 prong instead of a 3 prong. funny it should have showed up on the diagnostic when he said they inspect their vehicle before putting them on the lot. a lot of bull if you ask me.to this day we have around$12000 to $13000 in that 4 wheel crap. But it is in very good condition NOW no thanks to 5 star .I am a 32 year old retired state police officer and have never seen as dishonest people in my life. I would advise anyone who's looking at a vehicle. please go somewhere else. else you have plenty of money to lose. 1/2 star

Five Star Chevrolet GMC and Five Star Ford of Warner Robins in Warner Robins, Georgia, I want to…read moreshare my frustrating experience with purchasing a used Ford truck. Before buying, I paid over $200 for a pre-purchase inspection at Five Star Ford, where I was told the truck was 100% good to go with no issues. After the purchase, I noticed oil on the ground beneath the truck. Initially, I thought it could've been from something minor like a filter change, but when I brought it back to Five Star Ford, a technician outright confirmed in front of me that the truck was leaking oil and that this was observed the day of the inspection. Despite this, the oil leak--and apparently other issues--were omitted from the inspection report I paid for. I requested an updated inspection report from the general manager to reflect the oil leak and any other undisclosed problems, but he refused to provide one. It's clear to me that these dealerships worked together to push the sale while failing to document known issues with the truck. While the price was adjusted slightly after I initially mentioned seeing oil, I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism from both dealerships. I'd like an explanation for how this happened and what steps will be taken to make this right. Looks to be a reason this place is rated only 1.8 out of 5.
