Every time I come to get serviced it's roaches all over the woman's rest room , a tick jumped on my ankle once and a mosquito tore up my forehead they need to call an exterminator. Turn the air conditioner up or something it's completely out of hand . There were roaches in the toilet as well as the sink about 7 on the floor it was disgusting. read more

My grandmother, Pam Israel, bought myself and my family a used Volvo from here back in November. The car was sold to her by Art Fasto. My husband and I are no longer locals here. We were trading my old car in and we had to wait to do so until we came in town for the Christmas holidays. She was very clear with Art about the fact we did not live here and would not be able to bring my car in until later. They claimed that they had "fixed everything on the Volvo" before she purchased. She even purchased it with a warranty. Immediately upon leaving town when we got the car during the holidays, we noticed that there was an issue with the gas tank. While dispensing gas, the pump will continuously shut off. We thought maybe it was just the gas station we were at. No. This happens at EVERY gas station we go to. If we do not trickle the gas in, it will stop every few seconds. Also on this trip back home, we went to plug in our phones and noticed that not a single outlet in the car worked. We decided to try and take it to a service department back home in Nashville when we were told these issues were NOT covered under warranty and those two issues alone would cost us $600-$800 to fix...EACH. We decided to schedule an appointment for Butler Chevrolet's service department to diagnose it and see what they would quote us to fix the problems since they sold us the car. The 4th of July weekend was the only long weekend we've had time to do so. My grandmother called Tuesday, July 2nd to schedule us a time to bring it in when we were in town. She spoke to a lady that scheduled us for 8 AM on Friday, July 5th. She told us that Brittany in the service department would be our contact when we came in for our appointment. Not a SINGLE mention to us that this dealership wouldn't have the capability to service a Volvo. My husband and I show up at 8 AM. He goes and speaks with Brittany who immediately gives him attitude. She tells him she was not our contact although we were told she was and said "An electrical issue on a Volvo on a Friday?" with attitude and acted annoyed we were even there even though the dealership had scheduled us days prior. Missy in the service department then tells my husband that while they could look at the vehicle there isn't much else that could be done for a Volvo at their dealership. Why would they even schedule us in the first place and have us come in for literally nothing? I would've rather been told ahead of time they wouldn't even be able to help. On top of all of this, we just had to replace every single tire on the car because the car had been sold to us with tires so worn that even 7 months in it was pointless for them to even be rotated. That was almost $1,000. I struggle to believe that these are issues they simply missed. So for Art to have proudly sold this car to her "all fixed up" is ridiculous. We were also told we would be given a list of all the fixes they did prior to sale which we never received. We are about to be over $2,000 in fixes alone to this car and we have barely even had it for 7 months. That coupled with the attitudes we have received is just poor, poor business. We will never be buying from a Butler dealership again. read more

All I'm gonna say is "Don't take your car here for service". They've had our car 9 days and counting. They won't give us a loaner knowing ppl have to work. I feel like they have a contract with car rental services cuz we have to rent a car til they finish with our car. Smfdh. Everybody don't have money to rent cars while they take their time. Car is in there getting warranty covered services. All they keep telling us is that we're in line cuz they are backed up. It's not the customers fault but the dealers fault cuz if they are backed up then they need to hire more mechanics. All we're waiting for is for them to replace the turbo that went out so quickly. If u ask to speak with a manger they'll transfer u over to a service technician instead of a manager that u requested. Bad service at butler chevrolet. read more

This review deals only with the Sales (Internet and In-person) department. Despite not buying the 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV (more on why later), everyone I dealt with (phone / Internet Sales, Receptionist, Saleman (Alonzo T.) And the Sales Manager were very prompt, polite, helpful and responsive. Before driving 30, or so miles (betater than 36), one way, I've seen photos of the 2022 Bolt EUV. And, the 2 colors I was looking at were Silver Flare (not in stock, but at a sister dealership), and Grey Ghost. Sadly, in person, the Grey Ghost color was darker than I wanted (the website picture looked lighter than it actually is). And, I was considering the Silver Flare, but it would be 48 hours before it could be delivered (though they do have at-home delivery). And, while the EUV is comfortable (much better support vs the pre-2021 Bolt) to drive, from a safety standpoint (speaking as a former Driving Instructor for nearly 14 years), I didn't like the size, location and operations of the brake lights. On at least one of the Forums for the Bolt, I read several posts on how one poster has been nearly rear-ended 2x. And, another actually got a ticket (in Nevada) for the brake lights being too low; not funny, but I still LoL at it. Despite the hatch mounted fixtures that look like taillights, the actual brake lights / turn signal and 4-way Emergency flashers are located in the bumper, about 25 inches of the ground, which is within regulations. But, the 2" x 6" size, and being located in the bumper, is, for me, too dangerous (besides inattentive drivers, drivers tend to look directly ahead. And, based on the Forum posts of being rear-ended, I decided, from a safety standpoint, not to buy the vehicle. :-( Though for sure, once I decided not too, there was a noticeable difference in attitude (negative) from the Sales staff. Had our vehicle towed there while 500 miles from home. Stranded and at their mercy, After waiting a day and half, my husband has to call and they tell us the turbos blew and sent parts throughout the engine and it was going to cost in excess of $30k to fix. It was a 2010 Silverado with 256k miles and we could not justify putting that kind of money into it. After scouring dealerships within the region, they found a truck just north of Altanta. So I guess when dealerships decide they want a mark up a vehicle by $3000 they add it as accessories and call it a day. The finance manager said it was perfectly legal and clearly a markup fee. So this was almost as much as what they 'gave us' for a trade in. I happen to see it when I go get the paperwork for the insurance company. They told my husband it was a fee for delivering the vehicle (it came from 2 hours north) and we were charged a $799 delivery fee. Way to go Butler Chevrolet for taking advantage of us in an already vulnerable situation. I will never ever recommend this dealership. Now we even question if our original vehicle needed this extensive service. You lied! You are costing us money! Your sales men and your owner should be ashamed but I know you are not! read more

We purchased a brand new equinox. Literally did not have one single mile on the car, came right off the trailer. Fell in love with the vehicle. Sadly enough i have less than 2500 miles on the vehicle and it has spent more time in the shop that it has been on my driveway! I got the run around from Butler. Took the vehicle to another dealership and they were able to get to the issues with the vehicle. Had to have 3 new tires on a BRAND NEW vehicle. Steering wheel was damaged - requested it to be replaced. Started unraveling immediately. Replaced the fuel injector. Alignment twice - car is still vibrating at 70 miles per hour. The car drives poorly - requested the car to be corrected and no luck whatsoever. The car is nice to look at but that is about it. 2025 Equinox is a piece of crap! Biggest LEMON on the market. I had a Ford eCo Sport and it drove 100 times better than this vehicle! Stay far away - it is not worth the money! Lack of service from Butler! Had to take the vehicle to Volume Chevrolet to get the service. read more
