Fabulous selection of stylish& comfortable shoes. But, I had the worst experience here and will NOT be returning: I was there on a Saturday browsing and of course ended up trying on shoes. The salesgirl suggested a really cute pair that were also super comfy. I commented that the right shoe was a bit snug vs the left one. She was quick to tell me how it was leather and she could stretch it yadda yadda yadda. She gushed how cute they were and what a great price, both true I approach the register still debating when "out of the blue" salesgirl says "oh this is the pair that doesn't match - one is an 8, the other 8.5. I wandered in New Year's Eve since I had 15 minutes to kill before the Music Box Theater opened. They were having their buy a pair get the second pair for a penny sale. Little did I know the kind of damage I would do in 15 minutes. I walked out of there with three FANTABULOUS pairs of boots and one pair of shoes. Not only that, but since I have large calves I have never been able to wear knee high boots, their very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff assured me they would find a pair that would work for me and they DID!!!! I brought a couple of shoes from Click last spring/summer. The owner was really pushy. I bought more then I should of. When I got home, I happened to have looked at the bottom of my shoes. They looked like they could of been used. They don't have a return policy. I was a little upset. Plus, when I wore the shoes. I got a ton of blisters. I heard from many that her spring/summer shoes are cheap and they hurt your feet!!! And NOT to buy them!!!! The best time to shop there is during her penny sale!!! read more

this place has some cute shoes but is definitely overpriced. the indigo boots they sold me had a defective heel that unraveled on the second wear. they would not do a refund or a credit of my money but offered only to fix the problem. they took 2 months to do this.. and it was not even done well. I've walked by this store numerous times but finally decided to go in because I needed to treat myself with some shoes since I am not an avid shopper. I will admit I am not a girl with a HUGE sense of fashion so I don't like shopping that much cause I get overwhelmed. The ladies at Click resolved that problem. From the moment I walked in they were SO helpful but not overbearing AT ALL. I almost felt like I was shopping with my girlfriends because they told you the truth about how things looked on you and gave really great suggestions. The selection in the store was also great. i have a size 9.5 shoe and I often find that stores run out of shoes in my size but this store had plenty! Not only do they have great shoes, but their accessories and cute tops are also great. I can't believe I passed by this store so many times and never went in. Click Shoes is "the" find. I am not the type of person who blabs on and on so I will make this short and sweet. If you are looking for the type of place that has "your" style in shoes-- then this is the place. This was my experience: I walked in really not looking for anything specific and walked out with 2 pair of adorable shoes. Great atmosphere, great music, great selection and I even met some cool new girlfriends while shopping. They even have awesome handbags. I love their hats people stop me on the street to ask where I get them. It will certainly meet your shopping needs. I love Click! Where else can you find cute shoes and boots that are also COMFORTABLE? Some reviewers say the staff are pushy, and while I agree that they hustle, I've also found that if you don't like something they show you, tell them. They'll work to find you something that you do like. Or, if you're just browsing, tell them that and they back down. I bought a Groupon for Click Shoes without having been in the store before (I love love love shoes). I went in one rainy weekday night about an hour before closing. It's a cute store - small, but I like the way everything is organized by size. The clerk (maybe owner?) was friendly, but not pushy. The shoes are quite unique - I found a pair of sandals I loved and haven't seen them anywhere else. The prices are a little high for my tastes, so I doubt I will frequent the store, but if you like shoes I recommend stopping in Click if you are on Southport. read more

I bought a pair of expensive leather boots and they were not holding up well due to this winter. I have lived literally across the street from this store for years. Every time I walk into this store A sales person just attacks and I run out of the store. I had to make a purchase however this weekend because I am in a wedding and needed gold sandals and saw a pair in there one day I kind of liked. So yesterday I walked in ready for someone to be on my back within and seconds and of course their was.I caught a glimpse of a shirt I liked on my way back to the sandals so I took one look at the shirt and immediately a sales girl was leaning over me saying isn't that material just great I LOVE IT. (which is the start up lingo for them pushing things on you) I walked away rolling my eyes and headed back towards the sandals. It is a small store mind you so me heading back to the sandals I wanted was really just taking a few steps away from the shirt to where the sandals were. Once I looked at the sandals I had yet another sales woman asking me if I was shopping for anything in particular. REALLY. I was just confronted 2 seconds ago by another sales girl and now I have been in the store for 15 seconds and now confronted by 2 sales people. I ran out of the store. The next day I went in again hoping just hoping maybe they would be smart enough to figure out that I am in here often because I literally live across the street, but they run me out of the store because I am just hounded the second I walk in so maybe just maybe they would learn to back off and let me shop. But no. same thing all over again with THE SAME SALES WOMAN! I made my purchase really not even waiting to give them the business, but I am running out of time for the wedding im in, but I voiced my opinion on how I can't even stand walking in there. The woman I think the owner, basically quickly shut me up by saying thanks for telling us your opinion. It was as if she didn't even want to here my explanation (It was a busy day they were having some kind of sale and had a lot of people in). Well I have a lot of friends that live around me in this neighborhood and they have the same opinion. I recently moved to the neighborhood and was excited to shop at Click after it was recommended to me by a friend. I took my mom & sister in on Saturday- we were excited to shoe shop & were prepared to purchase numerous pairs. We walked in and immediately were bombarded by THE MOST AGGRESSIVE salesperson I have ever encountered. We were very put off but continued to browse nonetheless. Every single pair of shoes (around a dozen) we wanted to try on were unavailable in our sizes. When we FINALLY founded a few pairs in our sizes, we went to check out & were told that the computer had shut down and was prompting a restart... As if the experience wasn't infuriating enough! We put the shoes on hold in an attempt to continue our shopping on Southport with the intentions of returning later when the computer was working again- due to the rain we weren't able to make it back that same day. When we did return, our shoes had been sold!!! That was the final straw. I will NEVER be shopping at Click again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone. read more

Customer Service Galore! (Thank you Lauren! For a delightful, extensive visit with plenty of personal attention for me and me feet, and a great time chatting with an enthused, energetic, tremendously helpful person.) But it gets even better! Lauren found a pair of low boots that don't hurt a girl's feet. Boots that look too cool to be painless. I ain't no mean step-sister, but if I were and needed Cinderella or other family members to cut part of my heel off in an attempt to get me into a pair of fabulous boots, that would not be outside the norm. Not only did I get to fore-go that agony, but Lauren found me a gorgeous, reasonably priced boot with a good old-fashioned wide toe box. The neutral color is so cool and it's not the general black or brown I would ordinarily feel the need to flock to. Lauren also gave my wide feet and me some tips about getting parts of shoes to, "get width it!" Horrible, I know, but the tricks of the trade, as shared by this young woman, are no joke. So, what more can one possibly ask for than a pair of comfortable, beautiful boots? I can think of some other less tangible things; however for the purposes of this paragraph or two: only an equally beautiful pair of dress, or casual shoes that go with everything and fit like butter, to boot! There are also fabulous clothing and accessory options and I optioned. The store is petite and items are artfully selected and displayed. Click even allows for lay-away! And delivery! I'm going to save some pennies for things other than clothes and accessories, but you can bet that I'm going back to pay for my, or almost my, buttery shoes! The owner, Paula, who happened to telephone when I was visiting, remembered our chance encounter which brought me to Click in the first place. It cast Paula as Fairy Shodmother, wearing an outrageous, awesome web/meshlike summer shoe which I noticed immediately, as I am my Mother's daughter. I complimented Paula and her shoe within another fabulous Chicago business establishment, called C Salon. This chance encounter garnered me a business card, and the desire to check out from whence these glass slippers came. Well folks, that thar' lottery ticket brought me to Shoe-Fashion-Fun at Click!
