When you call 1.800.706.4657 #3 for technical support it gives you a time to wait 1 min., 2 min., etc. and then right after it states "We're sorry we are experiencing technical problems. Please try your call later!" I called several times and decided to call the other phone number (407.805.3115) and press #2 for sales...20 min. later Alex answers. I informed him I would like a refund since I spent 1.5 hours yesterday trying to troubleshoot what I found online and he said he would email me a fix that should only take 15 min. and if that does not work I can call back or reply to the email and they would set me up with a refund. I also informed him I waited 20 min. on hold and how the phone system stated technical problems. He did not say a word. I asked if I could just go ahead with the refund since I do not have hours to spend troubleshooting and he said that it has to show that they sent me troubleshooting steps that I would not find online. I was patient tried what he asked and tried and still no luck. I called back and now the 407.805.3115 is stating technical problems as well. I clicked on the link at the end of his email that stated click here to chat with me live and no on responds. When I tried later I connected with Joey who did nothing but play games (I have the copy of the conversation we had) and he terminated the session without trying to help with the return label. I went to the BBB site to file a complaint and called this number they had 407.324.4816. I got a hold of Veronica in accounting and she sounded helpful and tried to connect me to the manager about the issue and I am still holding after 30 min. I found 347 complaints filed against this company through the BBB! I hope this helps and wish we would have seen these reviews before we made the purchase! read more

Short Review: ClickInks not only has awful customer service, but their website has blatant false advertising all over it. STAY CLEAR. Long Review: I ordered a set of inks for my Epson 3880 that their website claimed were compatible with my printer. I double checked everything before ordering. Upon arrival 2 of the 11 cartridges did not fit. Their customer service tried to tell me on the phone and email that they were definitely compatible, and I just needed to use firmer pressure. This wasn't the case. The cartridges were for the 3800 and definitely not compatible with mine. After sending them clear photos of the issue they reluctantly allowed me to return them; as long as I paid shipping, for store credit. Even though this was 100% their fault, they still ensured they wouldn't lose dollar. After receiving my return of 2 cartridges, they gave me a credit of $50, for inks that each cost $36.95. You do the math. They'll probably resell them and have gained a profit off their mistake.... Next: I tried placing an order using the credit, and even though their website claims "Free 3-Day Shipping" for orders over $40, and my order was $65, I still didn't receive the free 3-day shipping. I tried to speak to representative and they either couldn't understand the simple question I was asking, or they were avoiding the fact that their website had obvious false advertising. The took my money that day, a month later no ink. I called "Their" customer service; it was a call center in Romania! I was on hold for 27:02! Twice a minute the recording kept saying, "We will be with you shortly." They have a different definition of "shortly" than I do. At least 70% of the cartridges failed before completely being used up or never worked at all. I'm much happier spending a little more to order directly from HP knowing every cartridge will work until empty. All told, I spent less with HP. Have used Clickinks for years. Occasionally there was a mixup or short in the order. Although I have NEVER received a response from them, nor any satisfaction, the previus mistakes were minor and were made up by the low cost. This order in May 2014 was short two cyan cartridgers and included four black cartridges for some other printer - one digit off. To-Date (11/16/2014) and after repeated e-mails and two attempts to get through by phone (hold that hangs up after a while), they still have not responded except by automated e-mail stating they will respond within two business days - NOT! Note that eKomi -their rating system that gives them 4.7 stars - apparently opened a mediation with them and then closed it claiming I never responded. You can't respond if you aren't notified. Pretty slick technique. Note the last e-mail to Customer Service did not even send the automated response. I will be moving on. I recommend others do the same. read more

I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone and when I try to send an email it says the email is no longer in service. Does anyone that lives near them in Florida know if their business is closed up? Beware the false and misleading promise of free shipping. ClickInks.com puts a "Free 3-Day Shipping" (In green! and bold! and with a check mark!) prominently under the price of just about every product on its website. But at check-out they charge for shipping unless the order is for $40 or more, and even then only to 48 states. In my experience I find that a firm that displays such poor ethics in one domain is likely to do so in others as well. Stay away! read more

Recently made a purchase with ClickInks. I received a partial shipment. After waiting several days for the remainder of the order to be received, I attempted to contact the company. I've emailed the company 4 times, each time receiving an automated message informing that I'll be contacted in less than 48 hours. I've also tried to contact the company via phone only to be directed to an unattended voice mail box or dropped. After several weeks of trying to make contact, I've finally given up. Buyer beware. Scammers-Stay Away! I sent back their cartridges that didn't work using their instructions to the T, in a sealed box and mailed back using their label. After about a week I checked and they said, it didn't come back yet. Strange, first class mail to Florida shouldn't take a week. I then called and they said they were processing, I have the lady's name and email to confirm. Refund was supposed to be processed and take a week. Three weeks later, now they say again the return has not showed up so they can't refund my money. What a scam.....I now have filed complaints with the BBB, Attorney General's office in Florida, and the Consumer protection Agency. Also, all over social media on this scam. Ordered a pack of 5 (3 black and 2 color) cartridges on 11-10-16. Received email a few days later stating the color cartridges were on back order and they were waiting for them. I told them to not worry about it and give me my $77 back. They said it may take an entire billing cycle to get my refund and they said I should have it back by 12-14-16 (since they processed my cancel order on 11-14-16). Customer service is a joke. They don't care. If no refund by 12-14-16 (today is the 1st of Dec), I will have to file a complaint with my back to try to get my money back. Really hate I got sucked in. If there was a half star, this company would barely get it. this company is absolutely terrible. after ordering 3 ink cartridges (worth $170.00), I didn't receive them until about 2 months later, because "the company's truck drivers were on strike." If you have an HP printer - Beware!! I placed an order for ink on Dec.1 2016 and it came right away. My cartridge ran out the beginning of February (18th to be exact) and I tried to use the new Clickink cartridge and my printer kept giving me an error. I emailed and contacted the company - after 2 days I received a reply with directions to do the following: I am sorry to hear that you have had difficulties with your order. The main cause for a cartridge error, particularly the "incompatible" or "not recognised" error is because the printer is not able to communicate with the chip on the cartridge. This is an easy fix, all you have to do is: 1. Take both of the cartridges out of the printer. 2. Insert the problem cartridge into the printer. 3. Switch the printer off for 10 minutes unplugging it from the wall; this will reconfigure your printer settings into recognising the remanufactured ink cartridge chip. 4. Turn the printer back on and insert the other cartridge. 5. Turn the printer off for 30 seconds after the second cartridge is inserted. Once you have done this do a test print and you should find that the cartridges are now recognised by your printer. (FYI - All the misspellings are the way they sent it to me!!) So I did it and it didn't work still. So I emailed again and kept going back and forth with them over the ink not working for the past 60 days. Long story short, I emailed on April 2nd asking for my money back and today I receive an email saying I'm outside of the 2 months & they would give me 30% off a future order as a courtesy! How about making the ones you shipped me that were suppose to work actually work??? I am throwing them in the garbage!! I called and told the customer service agent about it and he told me he had other phone calls to take and I was 2 months & 19 days outside of the warranty and asked if I had a real problem!! I should have read the reviews before I ever ordered from this company. It was such a good deal, but no good if you cannot use the product. Right out of the package the ink cartridge appeared damaged when they re manufactured it. My printer would not accept the first one. The second one would go in but there were blurred lines and missed words. It would cost too much to send the product back for replacement. I think I will just buy Canon cartridges only and refill them at Costco. I can usually get 4-6 refills on each cartridge. Better value for my $$$. You live and learn read more

I ordered a complete set of compatible toner cartridges in advance of running out so that I would have them on hand to replace the original toner as needed. Shelved for a year, the first toner replacement gave the warning from the Printer that the toner cart is not compatible. Emailed and the response I got was that I could not mix OEM and compatible toner cartridges. I should replace all of the OEM with the compatible cartridges. Not wanting to do this but due to no other choice, I replace all the carts. Same problem, printer gave the flashing red light and warning in the LCD display, carts not compatible. Further email exchanges and the best they said they could do is offer to give a store credit against the cost of the OEM carts. I said that would be great and never heard back. So that was quite an expensive lesson, having purchased 2 black and 1 each of the magenta, yellow, blue and cyan carts. Do not purchase from this company. Worst company to ever do business with. I placed an order on 8/27, within 48 hours I cancelled and requested a refund, I was told it is not a problem and it will be refunded within 7 days. Okay, no problem. I wait until 9/18 until I finally give up my wait, and the young lady apologizes and says she'll make sure her manager puts through the request that day so I'll have the refund within 2 days. Okay, I give it 2 business days, to be nice. Still nothing today, so I call again (mind you, each call is about a 20 minute wait time before you speak with someone), I wait my 20 minutes and another young lady answers and "puts me on hold" to research what's happening ... They come across as very helpful and very apologetic but just try to return something that doesn't work (And speaking of that... their re-manufactured ink cartridges only work with each other... you can't have an HP cartridge in there with their cartridge.). I purchased inks with a Groupon offer. After I purchased the inks my printer ceased working and I had great difficulty in contacting ClickInks about returning the product. Eventually I was able to contact them and obtain return instructions via email. I returned the unopened inks to ClickInks on 12/12/14 and as of today, 1/5/15, no refund. My mistake was in thinking that Groupon only presented offers from reputable companies, which is not the case. When contacting Groupon, they told me that the company, ClickInks, set up the Groupon offer. Hopefully others will not make the same mistake that I did by purchasing from ClickInks or from trusting Groupon offers. read more

I ordered cartridges from Clink Ink. I immediately had trouble with the printer after installing them, got a message that they were not authorized cartifdges. The pnnt quality was terrible. I called, got a return authorization number and returned the cartridges. They only gave me approximately 50% of my money back although all of the cartridges were returned. These inks almost ruined my printer. They leaked all over the place and my prints were smeared. My printer was giving me error messages to please put in genuine Epson cartridges. I am sorry I wasted all that money and will never buy ink from them again. These inks were not at all compatible as per their claims.
