Problem with facility, manager called personally and working to resolve it and I am please that he did.

A big fat zero stars. This is the worst representation of Forest River trailers ever. We were lied to about the price of the trailer. Long story. The manager and owner are unable to keep good employees there because of their unethical business practices. When we have to have work done on our unit, they keep it for 3 months, never calling with an update, because staff is always changing so no one knows whats going on. Then we get the unit back where things either aren't fixed or THEY have broken something, like one of our slide outs and they refuse to fix it. We asked them to check on something for us, they said they had to call Forest River and ask them, 7 months later and we still don't have our answer. Terrible. Do NOT go here. read more

I would give them no stars if i could. I want to start this off with i've never given a bad review on a company before until now, Cliff Jones deserves every bit of this bad review. This tractor is worth the buy but not from them! This is by far the worst experience ever buying a $40,000 machine ( 2018 2655 cab model ). Ive literally had to spend $3000 out of my pocket due to Cliff Jones not having my fork lift attachment a month after buying the tractor!! I said it was ok not to have it the day of purchase but needed it soon. Here i am paying lift gate fees and contractor fees because its not here. I tried to get Cliff Johns to get me a set from another dealer and I'm still here today without the forks due to being blown of by them like it wasn't important. I want my money back! Update: I ended up buying the forks from another dealer to stop the lift gate charges. Cliff Jones had zero remorse and treated me like i was the bad guy for buying this implement from someone else that had it in stock. Mahindra complaint department them selfs couldn't fix the problem. They told me they have no control on how their dealerships behave. Please do not buy from Cliff Jones. The owner wouldn't even call me to resolve this problem! read more

We bought a brand new 2014 travel trailer from Cliff JonesRV in May 2013. The interior wall seam came loose and the metal siding on the outside was also warped and then the couch straps broke under the seat cushions. All of which was covered by the warranty. We brought the trailer in for repair July 20 2013 and it is finally finished on Nov 7 2013. The service department had been through 2 managers in this time. The couch took 3 weeks to come in from the manufacturer. During these 3 months I called to check the progress several times and was lied to multiple times that it was being worked on and parts were ordered and was almost finished. All the while it was still sitting in the back lot and they weren't even aware it was waiting for repair. So after several phone calls they finally got to it. When we asked for some sort of compensation they would not entertain the thought and even laughed. The woman who sold us the trailer Gindy did a wonderful job but other than her the staff is pretty much ridiculous and worthless. They don't seem very interested in customer satisfaction or repeat business We will never return to this dealer for another purchase and even service if it's needed. Going to try to avoid coming back here. And would not recommend this place to anyone. The 1 start rating was for the saleswoman. read more

Zero stars for this business!!! I bought a travel trailer from them, they claimed was good to go, and the first time it rained.....the inside flooded!! After inspecting the roof it was apparent they just dumped some caulk over a large hole. I contacted them because when I bought it the salesman claimed if there was a problem it would be taken care of. But they said it was as is and it was my problem now! And the best part is a year later they called me to try and sell me another one!! I explained why that was out of the question, and they said they had fired some of the employees that I previously delt with. So I told them to make it right. I have yet to hear back from them. What a JOKE!! (That was over a year ago). I will also never have any business dealings with them again! But I never hesitate to let other people know about them. read more

We'd been looking for 5th wheel trailers for a long time. We'd seen a 2012 Forest River Open Range online at Cliff Jones so my husband emailed for the info. Mike, the sales manager replied with a price that was lower than what we could find locally, so we made the appt to go see it in person. We drove the hour & 1/2 to Sealy, Mike just passed us off to a salesman named Ken. After seeing the unit, we decided to buy it. Went inside to fill out the financing paperwork & put some money down to hold it. My husband went to the bathroom and no lie, Mike came in the room and said he quoted us the wrong price online. It was actually $10,000 more than what he quoted. I just chuckled because I thought he was joking. He said, "No, I'm serious!" We filled out the paperwork anyway & thought if we changed our mind or found something else, we could always back out. Well, we ended up liking that one so we bought it, but I wish it would have been with a different dealer. While getting the walk-around to explain everything to us, the guy kept passing over stuff, so we'd have to ask what it was or how you operated it. When we got our bullnose 5th wheel hitch attached to our new truck, the techs scratched the truck up. Our salesman Ken quoted us a price of $1400 for the hitch but when my husband went to pay, the lady rang it up for $600. We thought, well, maybe they gave us a deal since we got the crappy treatment last time. NOPE. We are 1/2 way home and Ken called us. He said Mike was yelling at him saying we were undercharged, and we needed to get back in there and pay the difference. Ken promised us that they would give us all the hoses, accessories, etc. that we needed if we'd go back in. Of course we'd already purchased that stuff. We couldn't make it back out to Sealy for a week, but they called constantly. But yet, once we paid that & tried to get them to call us back about a broken bunk bed, drawer, & hitch lock, it takes weeks to hear back from them. If you have any opportunity to purchase from a different dealer, do so, because this one is terrible! Our salesman Ken, no longer works there now, which we feel he was the only honest one. Recently, we dropped the camper off for service on about 7 things that weren't working properly or for repairs needed. We had purchased the unit in Jan & notified them immediately of some of the issues, so parts could be ordered then. 5 months later, they tell us parts won't be ordered until we drop it off & the manager can verify what needs done. It's been sitting there for a month & 1/2 now, and they knew we had a trip planned for next week. After trying to get an update on the status, we finally get an email from Kathy (?) saying the parts haven't even been ordered, the parts manager left, the service manager left, a tech left & another was injured. read more

We purchased a brand new RV trailer and were promised several things upon paying for the purchase in full. We went back once to ask about what we were promised and the salesman was too busy to take just a moment to speak with us. The service man did take the information to give to him of the things promised. It is apparent this business is only in the business of selling and not providing customer service after the sale. If you want to purchase something and never have any service after the sale then this is the place for you. I work in customer service on a daily basis and I know how important customer service is! We were very disappointed! We don't intend on going back and we won't ask for the items promised to us either. Hope if you decide to purchase here, you have a better experience than we did! read more

Just bought a new 5010 Mahindra tractor, these people should not be selling tractors. they dont know what there talking about, and in my case had it delivered sight unseen going off sales description and its not the tractor I ordered. After calling Cliff right away he was a total ass.... I would recommend staying away, spend the extra money somewhere else. read more

Look elsewhere for RV service. I took my Class C rig to them in January of 2015 to replace the window seal over the cab. It is now September of 2015 and it is curled up and leaking badly. I called them and asked if they would make this right. They said they only had a 90 day warranty and I was out of luck. This is not something that should not give out after several months. This repair should last several years or more. The lady who took my call said she would talk to her manager and then call me and she never did. I will be taking my business to PPL from here on out.
