After it was delivered, they kept the lawnmower for several weeks. When I received a phone call I went over to the shop. The owner told me I needed a tune up. The oil was black. The filter was dirty. I tuned the lawnmower a week before I had it delivered. He marched out to the lawnmower and told me I was wrong. He took off the filter cover and it was brand new! He still argued with me and he charged me for the tune up!!! I do not know how to add a photo, but the blade is an old, used blade. It does NOT cut. I wonder if he even changed the blade!? Did they even check for damage to the engine due to the fact i ran over an object. Untrustworthy. I went back to dispute the charges. The blade is at least 3/4 rusted. He told me I was wrong. i have to mow the lawn twice. And then weed eat over the entire area. Blades of grass are sticking up randomly. he implied I was lying.

Every time we've made the effort to drive out -- often 30 minutes each way -- with our baby and our dog, we've been met with repeated refusals from employees to use the pet wash. The excuses vary each time: "It's under maintenance," "We're about to close," "Someone else is using it," or vague reasons that feel more like avoidance than valid operational concerns. On several occasions, we weren't even allowed to check the pet wash ourselves to verify the claims. It's extremely frustrating and frankly feels like the staff simply doesn't want to deal with customers using that service. As loyal customers who have chosen TSC for both pet supplies and convenience, it's incredibly disappointing to receive this kind of treatment -- not once, but multiple times, across different locations. The lack of accountability and consistency in customer service is unacceptable. I hope this review brings this issue to the attention of store management and the corporate team. The pet wash is one of the advertised features that brings people into your stores -- please ensure your employees are trained to either provide the service as promised or communicate honestly and respectfully with your customers.

I checked it against the faucet the had quoted it was from and it looked totally different. But the part looked the same. I decided to risk it and order the part anyway. As it turns out....they were right. The faucet canister slid right in and my leak was fixed. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you even when they don't make a sale. Bought the Rain X which was right at the front of the store. But when we cashed out I said, I've never used the spray before, do you have the smaller bottle that squirts out, not a spray. He said, oh that's in a different area. They have Rain X in 2 different areas. We drove back to the gas station to use the roof top over the pumps so we could apply the Rain X on a dry windshield. Shielding is from the rain as we applied it. After we did that we were back on the road. Which we were thankful for. It did rain a few other times as well, and the Rain X really did help. Highly recommend Rain X for a safer drive in the rain. And grateful O'Reily's was there when we needed them.
