They have factory parts, factory oil, and they are closer to me than any other Yamaha dealer around. The prices are typical dealer prices, which is fine. Finally the day comes for it to be picked up, and I wait for 2 hours after the scheduled time window, and then call. George says he forgot to tell me that the driver had to cancel. Again. I asked about why I needed a chain cleaning, and George laughed and said the $49 charge was "because it needs it". He further spoke to me in a condescending manner. George said I must come in to pay for the work. While there, I told him that I was trying to support his local business, and I didn't appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner. He then said he would no longer do the work on my bike. So, I am now out $80 for his "service" of picking up and dropping off my bike, for work he refuses to do because he can't handle a woman giving him some honest feedback about how he treats his customers.
