I've been to this place a couple times and I've received expert service both times. I go to Hats Off when I need to do an oil change on my Yamaha motorcycle. They have factory parts, factory oil, and they are closer to me than any other Yamaha dealer around. The prices are typical dealer prices, which is fine. The employees are kind of short with their customers, not extremely friendly, but they definitely know their stuff. I'll continue coming here when I need some Yamaha factory OEM stuff. read more

Terrible service. I tried to be very understanding when it took weeks of rescheduling for my bike to be picked up because they were busy. Okay. Finally the day comes for it to be picked up, and I wait for 2 hours after the scheduled time window, and then call. George says he forgot to tell me that the driver had to cancel. Again. Two weeks after my bike was finally received, and my estimate for a tune up was over $1,000. I asked about why I needed a chain cleaning, and George laughed and said the $49 charge was "because it needs it". He further spoke to me in a condescending manner. George said I must come in to pay for the work. While there, I told him that I was trying to support his local business, and I didn't appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner. He then said he would no longer do the work on my bike. So, I am now out $80 for his "service" of picking up and dropping off my bike, for work he refuses to do because he can't handle a woman giving him some honest feedback about how he treats his customers. UNREAL. Maybe men get a fair shake from this guy, but I'm not sure women will. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Run, don't walk away from this castrated individual. read more

Do not expect for them to do good work, do what they say, or to not flat out lie to you over and over again. We had problems with our boat last year after they did the winterization. They had it in again in the fall and said they found a problem, winterized it again and said they would get it in first thing in the spring. We picked up our boat the end of June without it ever being touched. They kept saying Tuesday, Friday, next week etc etc. when you call they act like they could care less. I would never take a RV here to be repaired! I took my four wheeler here needing a minor repair ( new petcock) and after a couple of days they called and said they needed my credit card. They were going to charge 700.00 to get started with the petcock, carburetor rebuild and then "we will see where it goes from there!" The owner got angry because we said were going to come pick it up that he hung up on my husband! A pattern I would say! When we got there they said it was all apart. Funny it would still start!! Needless to say, I will never set foot in there again nor would I recommend them! One star because I got atleast give them one star to post this! read more

Like the other reviews, AWFUL customer service. They said my buddies bike needed brakes he paid them to do it, we head home and the rear brakes aren't connected at ALL!!! he could have died!! they didn't test them at all. We take it back they say he rode around on it with the Brakes engaged! WHAT they don't engage at all WTH!! then he tells my buddy it'll be more money. DON'T use cash if you ignore this review, that way you can dispute the charges for not getting what you pay for. AVOID this place like the plague. All seasons is down the street, Dillion out west and Edwards in IA, its worth the drive to avoid these people. read more

Great deals and a brand new store! Nick and the gang are always friendly and will help you find what you want. If you can't find the bike you're looking for in their store then ask any of the staff and I am sure they will help you. Much improved from their old store that was just a few blocks down the road. Just bought my wife a new Yamaha V-Star 950 Tourer from there for a couple of thousand less than what they wanted across town. I've never been let down by these guys and they always try to make their customers happy. read more

I was purchasing motor oil and other supplies for my boat as I do every year. When I asked for the 10% military discount that I had previously gotten in years past the person at the register said your supplies don't qualify for a military discount. When I told him I come here every year and get my supplies/discount he then took all my supplies back and said get out of the store and leave. I asked for the owner and he said I am the owner. Please if you're military or anyone else do not use this godforsaken place. Not sure how they've stayed in business this Long with that attitude. read more

This is one of the worst places to do business I have been to in many many years. They have no one in the show room when you enter and then you wait around, with many others till someone finally comes from a back office or the service bay. There is no bell for you to ring at the counter. I have stood in their show room and called their business phone only to stand and listen to it ring and then go to the voicemail, at least 3 times in one day. Once someone does show up they give you a different answer each time you talk with them. They say just about anything to get you out the door and when you return later when they say to, they claim they never said any such thing. We were trying to get a replacement seat for our motorcycle. The person they deal with would only work through them, supposably. We called and came by 3 times looking to see a sample seat. Always a reason it wasn't available. They take your name, say they will call, but NEVER ever do! They finally said they would order one for the bike we had and if we liked it they would trade us out...well when it was finally there, and we wanted it....the price went up $50 and they could no longer "trade" us out, we would need to give them our seat and wait, yet some more..... Very unprofessional and non customer service! read more

I love to support local Bellevue businesses. So, it saddens me that I have report Hats Off Motorsports- Bellevue in Bellevue, NE. as having been increasingly getting worse with their customer service! Between Omaha, Council Bluffs, Lincoln, and Bellevue It's hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. My motorcycle sat in their shop for 7 days for a tire that kept going flat; which I just purchased from them last year. The tire was barely used, but as soon as I got it the tire it would consistently go flat overnight. I barely got a chance to ride in 2018. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called them after a few times of it going flat and Hats Off would blow me off, so I decided to wait till after winter to bring it in and have them look at it. Terrible idea! I should have just went to Council Bluffs or Omaha to get a new tire and count my losses. At Hats Off Motorsports- Bellevue they were absolutely unprofessional, entitled, and aggressive with their tone as well as just behaving bizarrely for being in the service industry. Their aggressive tone and attitudes matches the size of the pistols they walk around with strapped to their thighs. I recommend you take your MC to Omaha, Council Bluffs, or maybe even Lincoln if you don't mind the drive. Bellevue, NE. just doesn't have a decent MC shop yet. It's too bad too because Bellevue is a great community IMO, and deserves a good MC shop. Hats Off Motorsports- Bellevue is not so much interested in motorsports as they are with guns, perhaps. Saddest part is that I purchased my 2008 Yamaha Raider from them brand new - first year Yamaha released it! Terrible source for accurate estimates and service. I went in to get new tires put on my rims. They called me and told me that my rear wheel bearings, rim, spokes and sprocket were in terrible shape and I shouldn't ride with them. I went into the shop to talk about the problems and they already had the tires installed. If my rear wheel was so bad and unsafe why would you install the tire? They never checked the bearings because I had marked the bearings and hub. When I went to pick up both lines were still matched. They never even checked the bearings. My sprocket was fine also. I got the estimate on the wheels and was quoted 365.00 for front and back. I did some research and hats off prices were not even close. I contacted hats off about this and they contacted me a couple days later with a more accurate price. When I took them in to get replaced they told me that they forgot to add on the 240.00 for labor. Watch out for these clowns. read more

We took our boat to have it repaired. It needed a fuel pump, the sand flushed out of the motor and a starter. They had it for 4 weeks. When we finally got it back and put it in the water...it still didn't start!!! They lied consistently to us every time we called. They are rude and crooks! Don't ever take your boats or ATV's to them to be repaired. read more

Wish I had read the reviews before I went in, now I'd drive 50 miles to avoid them. I took a flat rear tire with rim locks in to replace the tube and ask if they were familiar with rim locks, to which the reply was "Yes, they are a pain in the ass." They took a long time to get to it and deformed the valve stem, claimed the stem was OK but my rim was bad and all wrong as it should have been tubeless. It is Original Equipment. When it didn't hold air for three hours and I took it back, their claim was that the stem was OK, my "thingy" was the culprit. I define "thingy" as a pressure indicating valve stem cap. I define deformed stem as not sealing to an air chuck, gage, or pressure indicating stem cap. Also, it is deformed such that the stem core cannot be removed. They refuse to discuss, review, correct the ruined stem, or refund the parts or labor cost. I can easily believe the above comments about this facility. I wish Bellevue had a motorcycle 'shop,' Hats Off definitely does not fit into the classification. read more

This place has horrible customer service! I ordered about $400 in parts for my motorcycle and they said they should arrive in about a week. A week and a half goes by and I call to see about my parts and I get the run around saying they don't know where they are, but will find out where they are and call me back, but they never called me back. So unless your spending $10000 on a new motorcycle they must not bother to give you the time of day. I would look elsewhere for a dealer that has better customer service. read more

The service here is awful. I've been through 3 or 4 times and only once was my interaction friendly. Usually there is the same man behind the counter who gives off the impression he could care less that I was there. Not only has the service been horrible in person, but I was none to pleased with my service when bringing my bike in for service. I brought my 81 in for repairs and while trying to explain what was going on and some stray wires I noticed while taking a look myself, the staff's only concern was leaving for the day. There were still 10 minutes left before close and all I wanted was to take a couple seconds to explain what I saw. Neither of the two cared to hear what I said. After a few days I got a call back explaining that the only problems noticed was some corrosion around some connectors and that they cleaned it all out and they were only charging me for an hour of work. I was rather excited to have my bike back with such minimal amount of work. When I asked about the wires however, they simply said that because it was so old, they didn't want to take the time to find a copy of the schematics. With youtube and google being so widely available, I find it hard to believe the wiring schematics would be so impossible to find. Anyways, upon receiving my bike, I popped the seat to take a look, and to be honest, everything looked the exact same as when i left it. It started however, so I left to go to an event. ON MY WAY to the event from the shop, my RPM meter stopped working. Then, as I went to leave my event, I had the EXACT same problems trying to start my bike as I did before I took it to get it looked at. Upon arrival at my house, I gave them a call to explain my concerns. THIS IS WHAT KILLED IT. When I explained what had happened upon receiving my bike back, the person on the phone sounded annoyed with my concerns. He said it wasn't "our problem," because he swore they never messed with anything with the RPM meter. I tried to explain that that wasn't the point! I gave it to you with a working RPM meter and received it back with a broken one. AT THIS POINT he sighed into the phone!! Sounding irritated that I was upset at the quality of service he said that, "i guess maybe we can try to look into it before saturday." What kind of customer service is this?! I've spent years in the customer service industry and this is by far the WORST service i've ever received in my life. I will not be returning here and my friends are sure to be hearing this as well. read more

Think twice before you come here for any work on your Yamaha Boat, we were on vacation in the Ozarks and our boat over heated and when we looked into the engine we noticed a small water leak from the engine, so we pulled if off and hauled it back home, dropped it off to Hats Off Motorsports two days later and at that time the woman who works the counter said it will be at least a week and a half before we get to it. So we said ok, well a week and a half went by and we did not hear a word, so three days after that on a Saturday I went in personally to ask what the status was of our boat and she abruptly said TUESDAY, we will get to it then, which was another 3 days, and I mentioned to her that we were leaving on the weekend again for another trip and were hoping to have our boat, she did mention that they could probably get it done in a day and that she has the best mechanic that will really try hard to fix it instead of replacing it with a new engine. If they would only have worked on it!!! So needless to say the boat was not even in the shop yet, still sitting back in their back parking lot. So we had to get a rental, when we returned from our trip we drove by the shop and the boat was still in their back lot covered with no attention to it at all. I finally said to my husband please call to find out what is going on, but before that we called our brother in law who is a auto mechanic and he told my husband to go and get our boat and we can just fix it ourselves with JB Weld a product that mends cracks and he said that is all that Hats Off would do and charge you $1700!!! for what???? So we called her and said that we were coming to get our boat today and she said its too late it is already in the shop with the engine half way out, when my husband called me back to tell me this I said I don't believe her I think that it is STILL sitting in their back lot, so I left work and drove by and IT WAS STILL SITTING IN THEIR BACK LOT! SHE TOTALLY LIED! I went into the shop and told her that I wanted to pay the $100 that we owed them for the one hour of labor that they did taking the exhaust out and she was terribly rude to me and left the counter for a good 10 minutes and I paid and walked out, later that afternoon my husband went to pick up our boat and they did not say one word to him nor were they helping him at all.. When they first went inside our boat to remove the exhaust they had grease on the bottom of their feet and left marks on the carpet and seats. This company is the worst customer service that I have ever seen and they do nothing but lie to their customers and do not keep in communication with them!! Pathetic place of business Don't go there!!!! They are complete Liars!!! read more

The only reason I gave them one star is because of what great liars they are. My best friend is from Missouri and bought a brand new FJR. He was riding through Nebraska and had a clunk in second gear when he got off the interstate. I Loaded it on a trailer hauled it to Omaha to Hats Off, who said two weeks and they would get to it. Everyone else said a month or more. It was over a month before they said they got approval to work on it and they would have it done in a week! Here we are exactly 2 months later and they stopped returning his phone calls or even answering when his phone number shows up. He called Yamaha and they hadn't even requested approval to work on it for warranty yet. There's a lot other dealerships you can go to, the only thing I could recommend Hats Off for Is the worst customer service award in the United States. It would be nice if Yamaha would rescind dealership rights with these idiots. Why didn't they just said they didn't want to work on it. We could've taken it somewhere else. Now I have to get it and find somebody else to fix it he wasted two months of riding just for it to sit there. We even called back today, and the guy argued with us and told us to come pick it up because they hadn't touched it yet. Then he proceeded to hang up on us. read more

Absolute worst service I have ever had! Took my motorcycle in to get my headlights fixed due to a wiring issue. When I took it in there were like 4 bikes ahead of mine to be worked on so I understood it wouldn't be fixed right away. Well over a month passed and they still had not figured out the problem. 2 months later I call telling them I need my bike done in a week due to the fact that I was leaving out of town and would be taking it. I was told it would be done the next Wednesday. I asked the lady how many hours of labor were on it so far and she said just over an hour, so out of the 2 months they have had my bike, they have only put a little over an hour into it? That's absolutely rediculous!!! And I was told about 3 weeks into it being there that they were doing winterizations on stuff instead of working on my bike!! On Tuesday they called saying they needed to order a relay and it would be about a week to get it or I could have it overnighted, so of course I overnight it. They said it would arrive Thursday morning and it would be done and ready to pick up by early afternoon Thursday (so I'm already a day late for my trip). Thursday comes, no call til I call them at 2 pm.. They say still working on it, will be later that day. I call at 5 again to ask if it will be done, I get a "maybe tonight could be tomorrow morning." They said they would give me a call. I figured I would get one before they closed but no I once again had to call. Luckily the lady (who is very rude and does not give you the time of day) is still there and is able to tell me that it wasn't going to be done until the next day. So now I am still stuck here with no bike to take on my trip and I wasn't going without it. And on top of all that, they aren't even fixing my lights all the way. All I'm getting is my low beams, my high beams will still not work. It's Thursday now as I am typing this so we will see if ill even get my bike tomorrow. All in all, worst place to get service done! They don't give you the time of day, they put your stuff aside and just let it sit while other "easier work" comes in after yours. I will never be back to this shop. I wish I would have read up on some of these other reviews before I went there. I wouldn't have gone there in the first place if I would have read up on them. HORRIBLE is the only way I have to describe them. read more

Definitely look at the not recommended reviews! They have the worst customer service I've ever come across. Every time I've taken my bike there to get something worked on I have to repeatedly call them to find out if its done after waiting weeks. Each time their incredibly rude on the phone and then act like they've called about it being done. I even had one of my friends laughing at them because I told him word for word they would say that the third time it happened. The last and final time I'll be going there, they said they had fixed my light for free( a very easy fix) since I gave them over 300$ in business in other issues. I wasn't able to pick it up within a couple of days and got a very rude phone call from the owner/employee "Sharon" about it so I dropped what I was doing to go pick it up since apparently it needed to be done "immediately". Guess what, light wasn't fixed. Called back about it and had to wait days to hear back and then they wanted to charge me. Their store might be good to buy your bike from and the employee/son I believe "Nick" is friendly and helpful enough to deal with but chances are you'll get Sharon on the phone/behind the counter or the other older guy. They're both in need of lessons on how to deal with customers. Just look at the other reviews that say not recommended. read more
