After he left, the system was not working quite right that afternoon, the customer service dispatcher called him, he came back late on Friday afternoon, spent a couple of hours going over the system and corrected the issue...and it has been working great ever since! Cody was very informative as to what the problem was and gave us a heads up on another possible problem for the future (it is an older system)...very helpful! It was placed in my living room, where a 12yr old unit has been struggling to keep this area under 85 even wide open. They came installed the unit and it was up and running before the lunch hour. There was an issue unrelated to the install but needed to be addressed. They stayed and made sure everything was in working order before leaving that day. Gave me an estimate with items needed that the other company had missed which needed to be there. Wasn't cheapest, wasn't most expensive...very reasonable though. They came and completed the work for us by installing the two systems we chose. Work went fast and finished same day. When we got the bill there was no surprises and it was what they had quoted.
