Came here for some arm discomfort I've been having and the care couldn't have been more straight forward. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Easy check in for first time patients. Place is quiet and extremely clean. Ample parking. +10,000 points for a front and back office staff that are probably the sweetest people I've ever encountered in a medical setting in my entire life. Your office employees are your patients' first experience and honestly make or break the feeling of care given. Highly recommend this location for any urgent medical needs.

I came in specifically because I was feeling unwell and suspected a blood sugar issue--especially since lab work from a different clinic the prior week showed a fasting glucose level high enough to indicate diabetes. Despite explaining this, the Physician Assistant (PA) dismissed my concerns, told me I "didn't fit the profile" for diabetes, and ordered a thyroid panel instead. Three days later, the support staff called to tell me they lost my blood sample and needed me to come back in. When I expressed frustration that they lost my sample for a test I didn't even ask for--while still refusing to run the metabolic panel I actually needed--the staff member literally hung up on me. I only returned the next day because it is within walking distance of my house and I was having the same feeling again, wanting to get to the bottom of what was happening. While the PA on duty that day was attentive, she ended up sending me to the ER for my blood pressure. After waiting four hours at the hospital, the ER doctor confirmed it wasn't an emergency at all. To top it all off, I received another call from the urgent care informing me that they did eventually run a metabolic panel, and my A1C and fasting glucose levels are, in fact, indicative of diabetes. Between the PA completely dismissing a patient's concerns, the staff losing blood samples, and being hung up on, the lack of professionalism and competence here is alarming. Go somewhere else.

I waited 30 minutes for my vitals and to talk to a doctor, just for me to get 20 words out and to be spoken over. Not only that but they tended to more familiar patients first when i am neither new and i was quite literally the first patient of the day.

But they gave me an estimate payment of $50ish for physical, $50 ish for TB and $30-40 for the drug test. Towards the end the 9panel test was going to cost me $350. The young lady taking my payment was very rude, unfortunately I did not get her name. I asked her for a copy of my paperwork and said I needed to bring in my own forms. I made it clear when I signed in I did not have any paperwork, that they would need to provide. I also told the doctor the same. I came back for my TB test reading and staff was very unorganized. I was being charged again and my paperwork was not ready. Second visit for TB test and to pick up my paperwork took over 45 minutes. And I still had to come back a third time for my clearance form.
