I had a bad time here the second time I came. The provider hadn't read my chart and pressured me at least five times, even after I clearly said "no" to accept a butt shot to decrease inflammation. All I wanted was a note for my physical labor job to take time off, and they convinced me to get a bunch of unnecessary things and meds. I ended up having a panic attack after the shot that I didn't need. Had to cry to my friends about how disrespected and violated I felt after this experience. All that happened was I fell on the stairs a few weeks ago and my thumb still hurt. Ridiculous. read more

I've visited this urgent care multiple times in the past and usually had positive interactions with the PAs and staff. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a complete departure from that standard. Two days ago, I came in with clear flu-like symptoms and what felt like a worsening respiratory infection. The PA I saw seemed completely in over her head. She briefly checked my lungs and ears and sent me on my way. No flu, COVID, or strep test was offered or performed. Despite textbook respiratory symptoms, she refused to prescribe an antibiotic and instead dismissed the issue. The next day, my condition worsened. I called back requesting something more than a cough suppressant and Mucinex, as I was coughing up brown phlegm and even specks of blood. I was told to "drink water and rest." That was it. As a PA, you take an oath to provide competent medical care. If you are not comfortable making basic clinical decisions or appropriately evaluating a patient who is clearly getting worse, you should reconsider your role. Patients come to urgent care for actual medical evaluation--not to be brushed off with generic advice. This experience was frustrating, concerning, and unacceptable, especially given how much better this clinic has been in the past. read more

Eric, the front desk staff member, has a very bad attitude. I understand that he is doing his job, but working in the healthcare field requires good communication and compassion. Patients should not be treated with rudeness or made to feel uncomfortable especially in an urgent care setting where people come in because they are in pain and need help, not an attitude.It was extremely difficult to communicate with him regarding our insurance while my son was in pain. He refused to accept my son even though we already had insurance on file. Another front desk staff member had already taken our information and confirmed that everything was valid. The only thing missing was the physical insurance card, which I explained I was going home to get. I even provided a paper showing my son's name and insurance number, which the other staff member verified as correct. Despite this, Eric kept interrupting and insisting that my son could not be seen without the physical insurance card. He would not allow any flexibility or understanding, even knowing my son was in pain.Because of this, we were forced to leave and go to another urgent care, where my son was finally treated. This experience was very disappointing and stressful, and I hope management addresses the lack of compassion and professionalism displayed at the front desk. read more

The front desk person was very rude as soon as we walked in with a horrible attitude problem. His name was Eric and as my girls were talking to each other and laughing he yelled at them to stop horse playing which they weren't and I told him not to talk to them like that because I'm their parent and to talk to me and he said " they're disrespecting the establishment " . Came in a rush & worried after my daughter had fell face first at softball practice. Her head was hurting and was dizzy. On our way there my daughter was experiencing chest pain. As soon as i got there i mentioned it to receptionist/nurse (Manay) i hope it's spelled correctly. She quickly took her in. Came here last minute today at 5pm because the location I enjoy going to (610 katella) mentioned their physician left early. I was directed to the next nearest location which UNFORTUNATELY ended up being here. Showed up had a rude encounter with the nurse as she called my name out and didn't wait for me to enter the office, she walked away and I was confused as to where to go .. finally found her and she didn't even look at me and she told me to have a seat. I was already annoyed at this point. I see the physician and she WAS rude, dismissive, uncaring, said mhm after every word I said as I described my symptoms. I Didn't feel heard at all , felt like I was just being dismissed. I am never coming to this location again. The overall energy here is extremely uncomfortable. If you value QUALITY CARE and customer service I HIGHLY recommend skipping this location and heading over to the 610 katella urgent care location. They are very professional, super friendly, very caring and ensure ur needs are taken care of I've never had a bad experience there don't waste ur time here! read more

Sydney was very rude. My husband is retired military & 100% disabled veteran. He was nit feeling well, gence our visit to the urgent care. Her tone of voice was full of sarcasm and she talked at us not to us. You ma'am need an attitude adjustment. Who are you to say, "I'm not sure you need to be taking all of these meds!" Are you my husbands primary doctor? No you are not. Do you know what issues my husband has? No you do not. Are you a doctor? Destiny, the young lady at the front desk is friendly, caring, professional and super helpful. My husband and I both caught the flu. We came here today and the entire experience was fabulous. The facility opened at 10am. Destiny opened the doors exactly on time. She welcomed us in, assisted us with the sign in system. There were no long lines, virtually no wait time at all. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. We were assisted by dr Tammy Trang. She is terrific. We were in and out in less than an hour with our prescriptions. I can't say enough wonderful things about this urgent care Center. No wait time, awesome staff, clean and efficient facility. And most of all, a warm friendly welcome from destiny at the front desk. The staff at this facility are incredible and so so kind. I received the best care for my condition. However, I did not feel safe in the parking lot to get inside. There was an intoxicated man standing in the parking spaces outside, clearly on fast pacing drugs... as a single woman, I felt very unsafe, and cannot imagine how the staff may feel at night also. I requested my neighbor to walk me to the front door as it was very uncomfortable. The only thing I would prefer differently is if there was some sort of security outside. Otherwise, the staff and facility INSIDE is incredible. read more

My first-time visit yesterday was fairly quick and easy. (I brought a book with me in case I needed to wait awhile). I arrived around 10:30AM as a walk-in and there were only a few people in the waiting room. It's a pretty small waiting room so I imagine on busier days, it can feel packed but there are children and adult face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer available if you don't want to risk catching someone else's germs. The front desk lady was friendly and greeted me upon entering. I had my insurance card and ID ready then I used an iPad to complete my new patient information and electronically sign the consent forms. A nurse called me to the back after about 25 mins or so to take my vitals then I waited another 20-25 mins in a patient room to see the doctor. The doctor was nice, straight-forward and prescribed me what best fit my symptoms. Day 2 and I'm feeling so much better - super grateful! read more
