Doctor Jason and his RNs & NPs have always listened to my issues whenever they arose. They also reprimanded me when I didn't take my medicine like I was supposed to. To me, that shows they care. I also like the fact they have a tech on site to draw blood for lab work and send it out directly from there. I have read some of the other reviews. It seems they don't understand how doctor's offices operate. When they are scheduled for an appointment, they are scheduled with a specific Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. If they want to be seen by a different person, they have to wait till that person has an opening in their schedule. As for Doctor Jason not being on site, he has a couple other offices plus has rotations at one of the local hospitals. He is on site on specific days and always has direct contact with the office. Lastly, having to wait is just a part of going to a doctor's office. They are trying to spend time with the patients and hear their complaints. Sometimes, that causes their average visit time to extend longer. Just know that they will spend that extra time with you should you need it.

I'm glad I called to verify they can see me without a physical test request form since I don't have a printer and I am not paying to print it. I advise to call before your appointment to ensure you have enough time for the appointment.
