    received very detailed diagnosis and follow up, the doc called back to ask how we were. the nurse and the doctor were very calm, accommodating, thorough and friendly. the waiting room was extremely busy with standing room only when we went, so it took a couple hours, but no worries you can wait in your car or wherever because they call you when the doc is ready and text you approximately when it's estimated to be ready. always had surprisingly friendly service and patience from all considering how overwhelmingly busy they seemed. they called in the prescription we needed even before we drove straight to the pharmacy. more importantly everyone wore masks/shields etc, unlike other urgent cares i've gone to for a pediatric flu shot. ie they take the pandemic seriously. i would definitely return if need be.

    Clean and spacious facility, nestled in a shopping center with ample parking. Check in was quick - nurse was polite and soft spoken. The doctor (Dr. Odili) was very helpful and thorough. He got straight to the point of my diagnosis and provided me a refill for one of my prescriptions so I wouldn't have to wait on my primary doctor. Loved how quick and great the service was. Much better than a lot of urgent care facilities I've been to. Definitely beats the wait time compared to emergency rooms.

    WORST front desk people and customer service!!! Called before coming to the clinic and they stated they take the last patient at 8:30 PM. Drove 40 minutes here and they say they only do physicals before 7 PM. Waste of time!!!

    Waiting room, only 3 people allowed while you wait.

How nice! After driving 40 minutes I was in some pain, I took some meds and thought I could make it through the 30 minute MRI. I did not . First, the office staff was so helpful and accommodating , they agreed to make payment arrangement because my co pay was so high , I could not afford to pay the entire amount up front . They were really accommodating . Awesome staff!!! And the technician who did the MRI was very kind, helpful, and understanding after 10 minutes I couldn't take the pain and had to reschedule . The morning of my rescheduled appointment I realized that the drive would be too much ,again , and I just needed to find a place closer to where I lived . Now I will have to save the money to pay the outrageous co pay I have . Nancy and her supervisor were so nice they refunded my money ( the portion I had already paid)and wished me well . I at least wanted to make a review and state the positive experience and interactions I had with the staff of Alliance ! Thank you for everything !

    Incompetent front staff. Alliance MRI Katy cancelled my appointment twice without notification…read more(April 2026 and May 2026). I arrived on the day of the appointment (twice) and was told they couldn't execute the scan that day. And "oops, sorry we forgot to notify you". If you need to use this facility, call 30 minutes before your appointment to verify it's still happening. A confirmation text means nothing. Ultimately I went to a different provider - they did great.

My images were taken by Karen twice and her bedside manners exceeds my expectations. The only thing I didn't like is they bill this outpatient facility as a hospital which increases my copay.

    When my doctor suggested I switch to Hermann for my MRIs, I was very happy since there is one near…read moremy home. Then I got there at the time I was told to arrive and waited for another 90 minutes to actually get my MRI. While I don't care for Methodist hospital system, I can see why I need to arrive 30 min early. At Methodist there is some patient care as the technician stays with you, checks on you, gives you a heated blanket for the MRI, etc Here you will just be sitting alone in a cold room for an hour and then plopped on an MRI with a syringe quickly shoved in your arm. There was only one tech working that day as well. I felt more like I just went through a fast food drive thru after going here which nobody wants to feel like in this situation. And apparently my appointment was either pushed back by an hour without me being notified, or their scheduling group mixed up and my "appointment" time was really the arrival time. In all this place is sloppy. Go to Methodist or go to a Memorial Hermann in the loop if you want to feel like a patient and not a quarter pounder with cheese.

    My appointment was at 8am, and I arrived extra early. They let me know that they had only 1 tech…read morebut assured me they would get me back by my appointment time. My wait was actually over an hour past my appointment time, and they called people that had appointment times after me before me. There were 3 ladies in front of me when they took me back at 8am. They brought 3 more ladies back after 8am, and all 6 were seen before me. When I finally gave up and put my clothes back on to leave at 9am, the waiting room in the back was empty. When I went to the front to let them know I couldn't wait any longer, I didn't get an apology or anything close to it. Just told they could reschedule me. Last year, I also had an hour wait with a morning appointment. They seem to overbook in the mornings or don't schedule their techs appropriately. Very disappointed in the service over the last few years. In the beginning they were great and wait times were minimal, but it has slowly declined. To add even more issues, they are upselling another service that they offer along with the mammogram, but that throws the appointments even further behind, because that 10-15 min appointment now has another additional service. If you can't handle your normal mammogram appointments, why would you add another service to make the appointments longer? This is a poor business model at best.
