they never answer the phone or put you on hold for soo long. doctor refuses to look at more than one issue on the same visit long lines, can take 20 min to reach the counter; they have added self check in kiosks which speed up checking in about 2 hour wait time with an appointment, especially before 12pm. after 12 pm if you are lucky wait time is like 15 min, otherwise 2 hours. I think they are triple booking appointment times, the waiting room gets so packed, and they have a 2nd waiting room in the back, don't be fool if the front waiting room is empty. kids are always yelling and running around read more

I rarely write reviews but I recently had a horrible experience with the front desk receptionist, so I was not surprised when I came on here saw the reviews this clinic has. The patient care given by the providers themselves is okay, but this was completely invalidated by the receptionist and she is the reason why I am switching over to a different clinic. After my visit, there was an error in the prescription refill for my child, so I called the front desk to request a new order to be put in. Upon calling, I am greeted with a '"what do you want" from the receptionist. Shocked, I reply with "good afternoon". She again says "what do you want?". I let her know my issue at the pharmacy and she said she is unable to do anything over the phone, I would have to return to the clinic again to solve the mistake that the prescription had. I ask for her name and she says Rebecca, which I doubt is true. I return again with my sick child to try to get his medication sorted out and to speak with the receptionist in person, like she said. I let her know I was the one she spoke on the phone with, and right away she turns to call the pharmacy and immediately gets the problem solved. Annoyed, I ask if there was even a need for me to go back to the clinic to ask her face-to-face when she could have called them in the first place. I asked to speak with the physician in the clinic. She became flustered and nervous. I tell her how rude and dismissive she has been not only with myself but with the other patients. After telling the physician my experience with "Rebecca" she very understanding and apologetic, but I am in shock as to how someone who works in healthcare, who is the first-person contact for children in need of care can be so rude and dismissive. Dr. Grace Hidalgo was not in clinic while I was there, but I will also be contacting MD Medical Group to let them know about my own experience and the dozens of others on here, all caused by their front desk receptionist. It is hard to believe how she is still employed and this speaks volumes on how much disregard Clinicas Mi Doctor have for their patients. read more

My kids been patients in this clinic for 14 years since they open and I been dealing with rudeness of front office lady's many many many many times but I keep going because doctors are great but I had enough today, I was put on hold for more than 25 minutes TWICE just to schedule an appointment the assistant was rude and unprofessional, if they don't want to answer calls or do there job they should stay at home. They charged my mother and sister each 115 each for testing + 40 dollars each for results (they never told them about the 40 dollar charge) The results had been ready for 4 days but they kept saying they weren't ready until finally someone informed them that they charge to give results. Let's say you have a health issue that's pressing..... But you don't have health insurance. What do you do? Find a clinic like this and try to get some help. This clinic can be defined in one word: Ghetto. From the incompetent, rude receptionists that are snapping at each other as well as clients, to the dirty waiting room to the horrible PAs and doctors. We saw Andrea Trevino, a PA, and I have NEVER met such a rude, ignorant and insensitive person. On top of all of that she pretty much told the client that she had cancer without running any tests. Can you imagine how traumatic that is?! Thinking your loved one has cancer? There are lots of other details to the story that I wish I could write about, but I will keep it short and simple. 0 stars if i could!the worst place i've ever encountered. my boyfriend had to get tested for Covid which they charged up the ass for , they checked his ID TWICE to double check his info (still got it wrong) we were told they were gonna call back for results which was a lie bc i had to call them to find out after a week of waiting. We had to go to ANOTHER doctor to check on what was wrong with him to only figure out that they gave us THE WRONG RESULTS. we called TWICE to confirm his results and they told us the wrong ones TWICE. $160 wasted bc they gave us the wrong results and we've called 15 (!!) times to get to the bottom of it for them to not answer. read more

Hygiene in this place is a problem. While waiting in the lobby, a kid threw up and the staff refused to clean it, they said that's not their job and someone will come clean it up after they close. The parent got some paper towels and covered it, and that's about it. So the whole time during my wait, and after my visit was over, there was vomit spread across the first row of seats. When the nurse gave me a room to wait for the doctor, I walked in and immediately felt the urge to puke. The room smelled like fresh poop. A parent changed a baby and threw the used diaper in the trash. Why would anyone take a sick patient into a room that smells like poop? The restrooms didn't have toilet paper nor soap. Disgusting! So make sure to bring your own toilet paper and soap if needed. You can find a sink with soap in the hall, I'm assuming it's for the doctor but I helped myself to using it. Also, if you try to tell the doctor about any other health problems you're having she will refuse to listen to you and only treat you for what you came for. It seems as if they want you to take multiple appointments per each health issue you're having. read more

Front desk people not so polite. Doctor didn't really seem to know what she was talking about. I called to check on my lab results at least 6 times. They either didn't answer the phone at all or they would transfer me keep me on hold for 30 minutes then hang up. I have to make an appointment at a different doctors office only because I don't trust these people at all! First and last time I stop here for any medical issues and will never recommend. The office is dirty and filthy, used their one bathroom and there were dead roaches on the floor, dirty floor, no soap or hand sanitizer, none in any of the patient rooms either. The nurses never use gloves to change the sheets in beds after patients are done, this is a big cross contamination issue between patients. The office calls multiple times and when you return their calls, no one knows who or why they called so you end up being transferred none stop with no answer at end. I'm at almost 3rd week since visit and have yet to get lab results. Seems all they have are PA's (physician assistants, not doctors) taking in patients. Only seen one actual real doctor inside, rest are physician assistants, so can't trust their diagnosis. Also, if you go to this clinic and need xrays, mri or other types of imaging, expect to be referred to places that are hour drives rather than local. The clinic is dirty, unsanitary, unprofessional and no way they should be allowed to practice medicine since the location is a health hazzard itself with the unsanitary practices the have. Went a couple of times with wife and neither of us will ever set foot there again. read more

I wish i could give it lower than one star! This placed is horrible don't even waste your time coming. I actually came here because one of my co workers had come to do their annual physical that its required by our insurance. Since it was close to my job & had convenient hours I didn't mind. Worst decision ever. The staff was very rude.Not only that but the so call Dr. Carillo was so ignorant,pushy & extremely unprofessional. I came back to get my results over a month later just for the Dr. to tell me everything was ok yeah it was ok to take $40 for doing nothing. Since the wkend I had been sick I told her if I could get some medicine . She told me flat out no. I told her also about some abdominal pain i been having & told her to check me out. She seemed to be in a hurry & told me to see my GN...I was lk WTF & She just walked out...Needless to say Im never EVER coming back...Hungry ass $ pple! read more
