I have been a RN for over 35 years, if you think those providers are bad you have not a clue. The other thing I want to mention is that they, like you, are human. Everyone makes mistakes, and yes your dealing with someone's health and well being so mistakes shouldn't happen but they do. If you are sick and need a medical professional I see no reason not to go to PMC. If you don't have a good experience you have two choices, get a new doc (good luck)j or chock it up these people being human.

I've been going there for a number of years now and I think I have only seen my doctor twice. Is he even still there? Given Health Care is associated with Fletcher Allen Hospital so you definitely get that "too big for their britches" feel. There isn't a lot comfortable about the office - it's pretty standard but I'm usually there to seek medical advice, not evaluate the aesthetics of their reception area. That said, I have been quite pleased with the care I have received from Darla Witmer, RN. She is quite knowledgeable and respectful of whatever it is you might be dealing with. The location works well for me and, as mentioned, Darla is great, so for now, I will remain a patient of Given.

He has even written his own patient management software that he uses to manage each patient's care electronically. This is something that should be important to every patient. They are professional and provide care and attention. I would definitely recommend this Medical Centre. The Centre is also very clean and has laboratory services, scan, x-ray, and other testing services and doctors specialized in a variety of medical specialties. They say new appointments available each day at 6pm, I sat on the app refreshing for 5 days trying to get a appointment. The also say if you call at 730 and press option 1 you can get an appointment. 5 days in a row I called from 7:15 to 10am.. Message always says clinic is closed and hangs up... .occasionally you will be put on hold for 20minutes then message tells you clinic is closed and hangs up. Shame on whoever is running this clinic.. the doctors are very good when you can see them.
