They told us if we could swing by early afternoon they would make room for us and get us taken care of. It took them approximately an hour to get everything done, we ran errands and returned at the time they said it would be done and everything was ready! I couldn't get it in because they were backed up with oil changes. I thought that they were supposed to be a tire shop. I didn't see a Jiffy Lube sign out front. I got the tire fixed in 30 minutes at Walmart.
