The glass wall fit perfectly and is really beautiful. It took a few tries for me to learn how to care for it properly (squeegee!) and how to solve an issue that ultimately wasn't an issue at all. Throughout, Exceptional Glass was responsive and willing to help. We had a 12 year old garage door in a new-to-us house that didn't look like it had been serviced in…read morea while and was sticking. Our realtor recommended Skillman, so we gave them a call, got an answering service, and then a callback a few hours later. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. I got a text when they were on their way and they showed up around 30 minutes later. After looking at the door, part of the problem was that there was some trim in the garage that should have been moved out a little bit, and it was interfering with the door. It was bad enough that you could see the wear on the paint and wood. They removed the trim, put it a little bit farther out, and then re-nailed it so that it was in the right place. We also got the tracks and springs oiled, new weatherstripping, the chain tension adjusted, the limits adjusted, and the safety sensor located to the right place. It was fantastic work and now the door movement is quiet and smooth. Will definitely call them again if and when it wears out or needs more service.
