Said we need a new panel (whew - we were worried we might need a whole new door) and that they'd relay the results back to the office so they could advise us on pricing and timing. -Monday afternoon, barely 30 minutes later: Someone called from the office with the price and said they could do the job the next day since the panel was in stock. -Tuesday mid-morning: Guys were at our replacing the panel. Found that the panel had some dings when they took it out of the box; said they'd install it for the time being but replace with a new one. Said we wouldn't pay until the new panel was in. -Tuesday early afternoon: Came back with the replacement panel and finished the job. -Tuesday afternoon: Husband called and spoke with Scott at the office (I think there are two Scotts) to pay with credit card. End of transaction. Barely 24 hours after it happened, it was like nothing happened. We appreciate the promptness, the professional yet friendly conduct of all involved, and the fact that the guys who came were masked by default. They're the real deal; A+ and highly recommended!

The first two were excellent experiences. This recent fence also looked great at first but we saw serious problems develop including sections that were bowed and sections that disconnected from the posts. They refused to come out to fix the early issues so I figured it was time to give up and get something new. It was only today that I was able to see that our issues were due to shoddy installation. First off, they never removed the old posts but just cut them down. If they encountered difficulty driving a post to the correct depth for stability, they cut the post instead of digging. They also left a fair amount of debris in a stretch of woods behind the house. The new fences was a little less that the GM fence but the price includes digging out the old GM posts and cleaning up the old debris.

However, when I tried to access it myself, it required a login just to see any prices. This makes me think they built this website just to mislead customers, preventing anyone from verifying if their pricing is legitimate. Shady, deceptive, and a total ripoff.
