He then left the job and I had to wait for the owner to come and I had hoped; repair the damage. The service call was compted, but my bathroom was not cleaned up, and the broken pipe was not replaced. Very poor service from a company with a good reputation. Took no responsibility for the damage, nor made any gestures towards making things right. Now I have to move because the repairs are not in my budget. Will never reccomend.
