Julia is the most pleasant,informative and accommodating customer service representative I have encountered in a very long time!

I had my own phone issue with my Verizon phone while working there and the workers district manager there....with a worker whom came from an other store covering and two other workers who also helped to fix my phone. While fixing my my nightmare plus an old billing issue that had crossed with my prepaid phone. They gave me a phone and set it up. I never saw such amazing service and team effort on one phone problem and I want to tell you. I can fix almost any phone issue. So if I can't make something work..... I'm impressed watching someone out do me. And the team effrts to make a phone work for work purposes was endless and absolutely incredible. It was the efforts in the team that kept me there and the unity. But most of all it was the hard work in making something work because I have also been a Verizon client for many years and plan to be a client of theirs for many years to come. At store level, that is what keeps me coming back to Verizon. lol I'm not just an employee, I'm a client! Smiling. read more

worst experience ever. Many visits to Madison and Clinton stores. Lots of technical problems that staff should have been able to trouble shoot. I made no less than 8 visits between both stores and 10 or more phone calls. Regarding the fees, the reason I am transferring my service, lower fees.; I was initially quoted $ 80 + taxes and fees, then I was told my rate would be $141.53 + taxes. So imagine my surprise when Im finally told my rate will be $230.00 for 2 phones and an ipad. Either staff was ignorant of actual fees or were deliberately deceptive. In either case, use caution when dealing with either if these stores. read more

Worse than unhelpful. I stopped by from out of town with a cracked screen on my motorola droid turbo 2 (which has a warranty on the supposedly crack-proof screen). Unhelpful would have been: "sorry, we can't do warranty replacements at this location; you'll have to call customer service." But this agent took it to a new level, essentially trying to make it my fault. Did you drop it? Do you keep your keys in the same pocket? (none of which is relevant). If you send it back and it's your fault they'll charge you $600. Etc. Waste of time; don't bother. read more

The main VERIZON Store in Old Saybrook, CT, has been closed throughout the COVID pandemic. I recently purchased a new I Phone, and my only option was to do business at Clinton VERIZON Store on Route #1. I had to wait outside for several minutes prior to entering the store. I was well aware of the this COVID policy; I had called the store in advance. After waiting for 25 minutes, I was asked to enter for service. I was waited on by Isaiah. All I can say is that the wait outside was well worth it! Besides being a friendly and cordial technician, Isaiah was extremely competent and skillful in transferring all necessary information from my old flip phone to my new I Phone. I was so impressed with the customer service I received. I truly appreciated the fact that Isaiah took the extra time to see that my contacts were properly transferred. I will continue to do business with the Clinton VERIZON Store, even after the main store in Old Saybrook, CT reopens its' doors. Without hesitation, I would recommend the Clinton VERIZON Store. read more
