Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. We called the online help number to get…read moreour phone fixed. They told us to schedule a time to visit Geek Squad in the store. We did that and went to the store at the appointment time. After being at the store for an hour the Geek Squad member told us that they can't help us with the Geek Squad Protection plan. From there they told us to go online and call a number. We then went back home and called the number. Only to have them try to set us up with an in-store Geek Squad appointment. We explained to them we already did that and the Geek Squad member told us to call the online number. Then the call center proceeded to hang up. We called back, asked for a manager, after more time on hold they hung up on us. So then we called the store, only to find out calling the store just sends you to the call center. Their answer for getting ahold of someone in the store???? Just keep calling the store until it doesn't send you to the call center. What a terrible way to treat your customer. First you waste our time in store, then you waste our time with a call center. There isn't even an option to allow me to just wait for the store team to not be busy. Completely unacceptable way to treat your customer. This holiday season I will be skipping best buy and I suggest you do to.

We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Go on their website and enter your email prior to coming, you can get 10% off an iPhone repair with it. If we have any issues with either of our phones in the future, we will totally be back.

Above and beyond service, I brought my computer there to be fixed at the very end of my accidental…read moredamage protection warranty with Lenovo. It was almost completely broken, I left it with the hopes of being fixable and with the expectations of waiting a long time for the fix. Lenovo has a history of taking there time sending the part to fix my computer as I had broken it once before (so you can see why I purchased a warranty). Even after an almost three month wait when they finally received the part, the computer was un-fixable. The lovely woman I spoke to over the phone said that she convinced Lenovo to send me a new computer to uphold the warranty to assure great customer service. I was speechless and I can't thank them enough!!! I appreciated it greatly as I was out of options going back to school as a student without being able to afford a working laptop.
