When I went into the store today to get my upgrade, the employee told me I couldn't get it because Apple had given me a replacement for their own broken iPhone, they sold me, that they wouldn't replace. I asked if I could call ATT and talk to them to figure it out, and the employee told me he didn't have enough time to wait, he didn't want to deal with it. So I went home, called ATT, and they figured it out. ATT also gave me a lower monthly fee. When I got home today, my iPhone ATT passcode didn't work, and the employee had forgotten to turn Find my iPhone back on. I called the store and he blatantly lied to me, I won't go into it here, would take too long. ATT also charged me $20 less money for my new iPhone tax. The store wanted a $40 activation fee. I said I could take the phone and do it myself. The employee said, "NO". I told ATT. ATT did not even mention an activation fee of $40 extra dollars! Rude employee and bad service, plus rip-off and the store lied. Don't go, there are other stores in The Hamptons. This one isn't even certified.
