They knew all the right people to help get the reassessment exclusion done with the county and then were able to line up a great rate on a refinance. Thaddeus and Autumn were great! I am the trustee of my deceased mother's trust and Thaddeus navigated taking out a loan on her home for the trust such that one of my siblings could directly inherit the home with its very low property tax assessment. It was complicated but totally worth it in the long run! We used the loan proceeds for the trust to distribute equivalent value to the other beneficiaries and have one beneficiary inherit the home outright.
