Thad and Commercial Loan Corp were great with our equalization loan and then follow on refinance. They knew all the right people to help get the reassessment exclusion done with the county and then were able to line up a great rate on a refinance. Thaddeus and Autumn were great! I am the trustee of my deceased mother's trust and Thaddeus navigated taking out a loan on her home for the trust such that one of my siblings could directly inherit the home with its very low property tax assessment. It was complicated but totally worth it in the long run! We used the loan proceeds for the trust to distribute equivalent value to the other beneficiaries and have one beneficiary inherit the home outright. This is review is long overdue. My mother passed in 2021 and left my brothers and I her home in a trust. I wanted to buyout my siblings and purchase them home. Just closed my first loan (refinance) with CLC with a very low 30 yr. fixed rate (honestly a lot less than we ever anticipated). Our property was an investment property under an ARM loan under a trust in San Francisco. Tanis and Autumn were fantastic through out the process.
