He then promised to deliver them 3 times and neither showed up nor notified me that he wasn't. And finally he took my Chelsea ship's clock with the key taped to it. I had to go out to his shop a second time after multiple threats to get the clocks and the Chelsea key was not there. (They are about $80 to replace). That was a lie. do not under any circumstances use this guy unless you neither care for quality of repair, respect for your time, or his showing up. Arrogant to the max.
