Tested it right after he left and GALLONS of water gushed all over my floor- he didn't reconnect the drain pipe. He came back to reconnect it which I appreciated (my property manager just had a baby so couldn't do this herself), but then spoke disrespectfully to her. When he left and she continued with the wash cycle, we found it was having the same issue (rattling) we brought him out to fix in the first place as well as a new one. When I called the office to ask if they would like to come back and fix it, as the issue is still happening or just part ways amicably and refund me the $80 already paid for the job, Jeremy had BLOCKED my phone number. By the way I was never once angry or upset in my communications- if anything I was overly understanding as I believe you get more bees with honey than with vinegar- but here we are. I'm honestly shocked that this business has 5 stars given this is how they operate. Stay away if you want someone who stands by their work, this was a truly unbelievable experience. It's not about the $80- it's about being dishonest, not doing the work you said you would, and not even engaging in a conversation to try to make it right. Owner then had the gall to respond to my google review completely lying about every aspect of the situation and interaction. (How rude!) So it was, this time, with my reliable appliance guy that has been working on things for me for decades, and my dad's appliances even before that. Apparently he likes Florida. And with a busted ice maker, I found myself scrambling to find a new, reliable appliance repair person. Thank goodness for Yelp! After scanning reviews I found CK Appliance Repair. CK was very professional. The technician came out and took a look, and took the time to confirm that there was nothing simple that could be done to repair the unit. He checked online for the part and ordered it from a source in Louisiana, and scheduled the follow-on appointment to install it. I was given a price that was higher than I would have guessed but not outrageous. The installation appointment went well, as well. The technician not only did the job but pointed out a few things that needed attention in the upcoming year or two. He also answered some questions for my planning purposes about additional jobs -- replacing an aging microwave and dishwasher, etc. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and at the quoted price. I was happy. I will be calling them again.

We tested it and still had the same issue, so they put some parts on order. We waiting another week for the parts to come in and for them to accommodate us into their previous schedules, and when the tech showed to install the parts he realized one of them was cracked because why would you want to ensure you have a quality part BEFORE going to the customer's house for install??? We let this slide even though it had been weeks at this point. They ordered a replacement for the 'new' part and another week went by. We were the morning window and tech called at 8am (they'd never come early the other times, and we needed a dishwasher so I had agreed to the 8-12 window, which they always showed up closer to 12). I asked if he could delay our stop until 8:45 or move us back in the day and he flat out REFUSED. THIS IS THE SAME TECH WHO DID NOT CHECK THE REPLACEMENT PARTS BEFORE COMING TO OUR HOUSE THE PREVIOUS TIME! I figured he would have given us a little grace considering the grace we showed him for his complete incompetence...I was wrong. I argued with him for a minute and said I'd call his office to which he said 'they can't tell me what to do' after previously saying 'the office makes the schedule.' Complete moron. The office was of no help, the grumpy lady who answers the phones could have cared less and told me to pound sand. We just decided to buy a new dishwasher and eat the $120 'service fee'. WHAT A JOKE! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!!

There was no obvious reason for the failure so Pro-line proceeded to replace the circuit breaker, the junction box and the connecters. The oven works again. We've bought and built several houses over the years, and we have lots of experience with builders and contractors. Given Pro Line's quick response and the thorough work they did I think the best thing I can say about them is I trust them and their work. Well done. Now we can have the pizza we were going to heat before the oven mis-behaved.

The house was built in the 1990s with a combo wall oven unit. The cabinetry and facing molding are good hard wood. Lowes wanted to sell us a replacement cabinet made of junk and do who only knows what to the molding, not to mention matching special, paint cured in a paint booth. Other Appliance installers just wanted to drop the unit in the hole, a 30" combo oven, and leave us with a 5 inch gap. Old unit was 47 x 30; new 42 x 30. There are no good answers to this on the net. There are trim kits available online, but dimensions are hard to find and they are vents. Box store sales forces are clueless. Some box stores want you to pay for a consultant after purchase - who know what they do for about $100. They do not assess your home in advance of purchase, apparently. Lots of wasted time, dead ends, people wanting to make a mess in our home. Then, praises, Mr. Anthony and specialist were found! Professional, clean, efficient and well versed! Problem solved quickly. They scheduled install around delivery of 2nd new combo oven and installed it with little fuss. In the situation where the new unit is shorter, they have to build a base in advance. Electric power was relocated behind oven to make all fit in the space properly. Wood was put in the gap at the bottom of the oven. A week or so later Pro Line Appliance installed a matching steel plate. They had to see the actual new unit before construction of the plate so that it would match perfectly. This took 3 pleasant visits from Pro Line Appliance and 3 phone calls. Again, what a blessing!! The price was very reasonable and was half of what a box store wanted to destroy and waste good wood. What a wonderful experience! Please use Pro Line Appliance. They also sell Miele appliances. Call today and stop being frustrated or at sea. We are so very pleased after months of searching for the right answer. Be happy!!!

My 77 inch Roku 4k went Black Screen 4 days…read morebefore Xmas which was a BIG deal as Xmas was at my house because I had the BIG TV for football and Madden playing . I went through the roladex of local TV repairman and Electronics Doctor was closest to my home . I called and the man who answered was very knowledgable about my problem and professional . He asked me to text my model number to him and within 20 minutes responded back with a general idea of the issue and got some basic info and handed me over to the scheduling/intake dept. The woman from Intake called me within and hour, also very knowledgable and very professional and very honest and transparent about pricing and the overall repair process . She quoted max of $500. Parts and labor with the initial assessment cost of $75 which was standing and would be charged either way , but would be applied to cost of parts and labor should I procedd. Very Fair! Especially for a TV I paid $4000 for. She also made it clear the process could take a week or more depending on which part was faulty and if needed to be ordered. I told her no problem with this . The next step was being passed to the service technician in my area . Within 30 minutes of getting off of phone with Intake I received a call from Chris , also VERY professional and VERY knowledgable. Chris was very accommodating in scheduling around my crazy work schedule and actually came out at 8 pm the SAME night ! He arrived on time, called me when en route and showed up properly prepared with all of the tools he needed to do an assessment . He walked me through every problem my TV could possibly have and explained in Lehmans terms the repair process and cost . He was even able to put my TV up on tables he had brought in , laying out blankets and being careful was able to open up the back right in my living room and within 15 minutes figured out my problem and again explained thoroughly the problem and reviewed pricing . I paid with a credit card on his device without issue just the $75 to be applied toward the total . My TV had to go to the shop and I did not expect to see it again for another week or so I was overjoyed when I got a call from Chris 2 days before Xmas that my TV had been repaired and was ready for redelivery . The part was already in the warehouse and they put a rush on my order so my kids would have it for Xmas Football . Chris again was very accommodating and dropped off the TV at 9pm the night before Xmas Eve as their office would be closed the next 2 days. He again arrived on time and called first. After he set up my TV including reloading all of my ROKu he went through it with me and we tested together for no further issues . Things looked great and he also was very thorough in explaining the 30 day Warranty on the parts and service . My total bill was $490 and to date my TV has had zero further issues . This was an excellent experience. Great communication, prompt , knowledgable, affordable and most of all hassle free . I would use Electronics Doctor again and recommend them to anyone who needs an electronics repair. Thank you again Chris and Staff !!
