I have seen 3 doctors here for each of my dogs- their care remains consistent, honest, and rational without requesting too much out of an overabundance of caution. Their prices are reasonable for this area, and I truly believe their care to be worth a high price anyways. Dr Kendall particularly has gone well out of her way to help another of my dog's with a gnarly GI issue. Owning both tiny pups (3lbs) and an LGD- I am very impressed with the extensiveness of their knowledge with *all* breeds and sizes. Definitely recommend these guys. read more

Very satisfied with Clocktower Animal Hospital. We were referred by my neighbor's brother who is a horse vet and went to school with one of the lead vets at the office. Unfortunately, he was not in the office for when we wanted to get Mogli in, but had the pleasure of having Dr. Gibson instead. Jaylen helped get things started in the room and was wonderful. Mogli has a little anxiety at the vet, but Jaylen was positive and knew what he was doing and made Mogli and my neighbor and I comfortable with the process from the start. Mogli had a cyst that we wanted looked at as well as a new patient work up with a physical. Dr. Gibson was very knowledgeable and explained how to check for body condition on a dog, from a rib check to waist check as well as his intake from caloric intake for food. We were over feeding him, so he could stand to lose 5 pounds...sorry buddy. She also explained the teeth scale scoring and emailed a list of veterinary recommended food/treats/additives to assist with some plaque and tartar removal. Everything went very well and I just can't give this place more accolades. It's clean, the staff are happy and friendly...they seem to really love working there and it shows, the team are also again very knowledgeable, and we are excited to share with others if they ever need veterinary services or want a better place to take their fur baby. Can't believe it, but we are actually looking forward to when he comes in again, in maybe a year, to get his teeth cleaned because we know Mogli will be in GREAT hands. I visited Clocktower Animal Hospital several times after getting my puppy. I had no problem with the quality of the service. However, I was not able to resolve a billing dispute with their hospital manager Mackenzie Carson. I would not recommend taking your pet here if you value your money. I received a biannual exam in February 2025. Then I was charged for another "biannual exam" in March 2025 while getting my puppy vaccinated. I did not request or receive an exam during the second visit. When I spoke in person with the hospital manager to dispute this charge they told that they were charging me "for the vet's time". The hospital charges several hundred dollars for the vaccines by themselves and did not inform me of this charge ahead of time. read more

They didn't know why my dog was there again (monthly allergy shot), then they asked me if I had considered a biopsy when his biopsy results were right in front of them. Had called them ahead of time to be sure that they had reviewed his file this time because he was going through a difficult period (thus the skin biopsy) and they did so poorly the first visit. Complete disappointment, just plain greed and snotty about it... Have been coming here for 3 years. Will not see my little gal w/o appointment, which is 3 days out... Although she had the runs bad, enough for dehydration concern. Was told that "well okay, if you feel that this is an emergency, I can give number to an emergency facility." Not very responsive, just passing the buck along. Management keep just enough vets to fill appointments 3 to 7 days out, a business model of purposefully understaffing to reap higher profits. Doing so, their practice is unable to accept urgent issues and yet... They are damn expensive. Take your pet elsewhere. When things get rough, Clocktower Animal Hospital is not there for you! Vets in the past have simply charged a rush/walk in fee. Just read the review on cat, in short confirming my experience...
