I was excited to work with Jemson for all the cabinetry for our new house, even convincing our…read morebuilder to let us use someone new to him. Designing was great with Abby. Everything went downhill after that! Our last backordered piece arrived yesterday, 8 months from when the builder paid 50% down. The customer service and management was so lacking and we had to initiate 75% of the communication, including a demand or we take action to get the $2,000 deposit returned that they accidently forgot to credit us. We ended up providing our own installers due to the timing of everything in attempt to stay on schedule. Jemson told the builder he had to pay the 2nd half closer to when we wanted delivery. Once they had 100% payment, we started to learn of all the delays. We did not feel the urgency to get things sooner-especially with the backordered things. Our last piece had the delivery date changed 3 times, each time saying it would be a month longer. We feel someone dropped the ball in ordering. Jemson did not reach out to us to see if we got these last two pieces and if everything was complete and satisfactory, closing our order. Fabuwood's semi-custom kitchen is beautiful but it should not have taken 8 months to complete! "Thank you for your patience." was the only platitude we heard from Jemson in response to our frustration and the wait. I would NOT recommend working with Jemson if you are hoping to have an experience without frustration, stress and being treated fairly and with dignity as a paying customer.

When we started our home renovations, we were overwhelmed. The last thing my wife and I could competently plan and design was our kitchen. We had a rough of idea of what we wanted the kitchen to look like and some measurements. Then we met George. He took our thoughts and made a real design, offered insightful suggestions, showed us samples fronts of how the kitchen cabinets, island, and bathroom vanities would turn out. When we came back to him with different requests or modifications, George rolled with it and seemed to effortlessly make it all work out. Anyone who comes to our home wants to open the cabinets and check out all the storage options we have. We could not be happier with the work he did and would recommend his work without reservation.

horribel experience. their service is terrible. different departments do not communicate it…read moreseems. i was getting countertops done. one day they came to remove the old counter top, disconnect water etc from dishwasher. next day somone was to come and reconnect. whoever came, did not reconnect properly with dishwasher. called store several times. no response. so i am not then able to use dishwasher. finally got someone to come in. a few days leter, when the different team came to put counter top, there were problems...like the ends of the backsplash not straight etcetera. this team also came much much later. they outsource their work and almost always the people coming to do the work are east europeans...horribly rude etc... you keep leaving messages but they don't get back. WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM, PAID CLOSE TO 8K TO GET THIS DONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE LEFT HANGING ON YOUR OWN. ONE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. THE GENERAL MANAGER REMAINS UNAWARE. IN THE KING OF PRUSSIA AREA, MANY CUSTOMERS HAVE SAID THE SAME THING---HORRIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPONSIVENESS. when you are working full time, you do not have the time to chase them. but that is what they end up doing as they do not respond to messages. they do not care about their customers once they get their advance money. see others saying the same thing.

This summer's project entailed a new shed, an asset that our property needed. Several visits to shed companies brought us back to our closest option, Martin's buildings. Start to finish, it was an easy process. An hour designing the 12x16 shed was easy, and in the 5 week interval, Martin's suggested an excavator to prepare the pad ($650), who was excellent as well. Day of delivery, the mule operator had to work that mile like a champ to get between the house and the neighbor's tree, but did so with adept expertise and took time and care in leveling the shed. Impressive. Material quality seems excellent- clean, lumber, precise fits. We are very happy with the process and the outcome, and enjoy the space it will free up in our home.

Very tidy, I'd even say extremely clean contractor. I wiped down all the walls and ceilings after he finished because we're painting, and for 800 sq feet I used one, repeat ONE dry swiffer. The entire second floor was carpeted and we had no idea what lay beneath. Aaron was able to smooth out the uneven boards and stain smoothly to not highlight the blemishes. Who can afford to replace entire floor boards? Not us. Here's the result of Aaron's work. He works in Lancaster, Reading and the Main Line. 717-693-9901. He also installed a new outlet for an overly sensitve humidity sensor for my bathroom ventilator. It kept going on over and over again. I had to keep turning it off multiple times a day. He also cut the ends off of some shades I had ordered. They are custom made shades and I apparently gave the wrong measurements and they were too long. I had called around to different stores and no one was willing to help me unless I had bought the shades from them. I mentioned it to Vlad to see if he knew of anyone who could help me out, and he said I can try. He is an electrician, but he used his skills to really help me out. In the work done by other painters we hired, we can still see the brush strokes on parts of the walls. Bob sanded everything down (& no mess, either) before applying the paint. That helps the paint to really bond to the underlying layers. He's quick and tidy. Sure, you can get someone cheaper, but just remember the old saying: "You get what you pay for". You're stuck with a bad paint job for quite a while. Better to shell out a little more for a job you'll be happy with for years.
