This is the second time that I've shown up to this store during posted hours and it was not open. It's almost 12:30.. door and online say that they open at 12. As I am sitting here I've watched two separate women peek through the windows in confusion as to why the store isn't open on time. I drove 40 minutes to get here and it's once again closed. Zero stars if I could. 1st the GPS takes you the the Italian place a few doors down this is in a very strange location 2nd the older woman working was rude....I came in with a few bags to get rid of and she said that the appraiser wasn't in and that my bags aren't a guarantee if she'll take them....she said this with alot of Karen attitude and went back to treating another customer like gold mind you I went in wearing sweatpants because it was my day off. My favorite consignment store in Vegas that I have been too thus far! The owner, Natasha, is SUPER friendly and helpful. I was able to sell a couple pieces of jewelry which she offered to pay me out right away since I lived on the other side of town. I am a 57 year young African American business women. I had some High end items that I wanted to sale on consignment. When I enter the store there was an Caucasian women at the counter completing a transaction for her items. While I was speaking with 1 of the 2 sales ladies. I over heard the final contract with the Caucasian women that ended as a 60/ 40 split. The sales person that was speaking with me told me that they where not accepting any more consignments at that time and when they have more room for other consignment order it will be a 50/50 split. This boutique reminds me of a Francesca's because it is well organized, has nice displays, and is clean yet it also has an at home feeling. Very cute. The employees were very friendly too. As for the clothing, of course it is hit or miss, but when I was there I did not find a lot of high end designer pieces ( like Dior, Fendi, Chanel). Again, hit or miss I may have been there on the wrong day, but I did buy something! The only thing I did notice was that the handbags were sort of "grungy" and yes I know they are used, but they need to be in better condition or at least cleaned. This place is great! I went in to look for components of a costume and found a shrug on the sale rack for $5. The two ladies in the store were so fantastic! They tried to help me find some shoes to go with it, and told me what they thought about them. They were really honest and told me that maybe I should wait and see what I found with the shoes. The shop is very nice, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't fit the image of an individual who would shop at Trading Labels or what! But they followed me around the entire store, did not speak or acknowledge my presence, and did not offer me any assistance. On the other hand, a woman came in after me who fit the "desired image" and they provided her exceptional customer service. I'm not saying the staff is racist but this is as close to a microaggression I could get. read more
