How can you run a sales business and not adhere to the promise you made to a potential client to reach out to them? This is a terrible first impression for any potential client for any business, let alone for those who will be spending tens of thousands of dollars with them. They're certainly not getting my business and I don't recommend working with them to anyone. It was extremely overpriced and we felt completely rushed during the process as they kept telling us we have to order asap or else the prices go up.
