I've been coming here for some time to have my military uniforms tailored and have always had a great experience--especially with the kind lady who usually helps me. However, during my most recent visit, I had a very disappointing interaction with another staff member. I came in to have my new rank tab sewn on, and unfortunately, the gentleman who assisted me was unprofessional and rude. He seemed unsure of how to proceed, handed me scissors abruptly, and made a sarcastic comment, "Cut it yourself if you want it fucked up," He then tossed my bag back at me and made some rude remarks about me to someone in the back room. It was an unfortunate experience, especially given the positive interactions I've had here in the past. Regrettably, I will not be returning, and for fellow military personnel, I would advise considering alternative tailoring options that show more respect and professionalism. read more

You should go to this place...if you want to be shystered, swindled, and cheated! I took a suit in to be altered. The guy told me it would be $118, which I thought was a little high, but I still agreed to let him do it. When I returned to retrieve my suit, he charged me $163...and when I confronted him about the difference, at first he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, and then after checking both receipts, he said, "Oh, I forgot to charge you for the tapering of the suit, which is another $45 ." And then he mumbled something about his wife making him do it...or something like that. It wasn't too clear. It was his mistake so he should have sucked it up!! Anyway, I didn't argue. I paid the full price, and as I was leaving he said, "So now you know where to come for all your alterations." And I thought, "Yah, and where to go to be financially violated!" This was a month ago, and I'm still livid. That's why I had to leave this review. To get it off my chest. So go ahead and use their services, but be prepared to have your wallet desecrated and defiled. What happened to integrity in dealings with your fellow man? Horrible, unprofessional experience. Had two dresses altered, $35 dollars each. One of the alterations was not done properly and they tried to say it was my fault and didn't want to fix it without further charging me. I was in their establishment three times, two of the times there were a group of men drinking, and the place reeked of marijuana, the last time there was a girl behind the counter scantily clad with her belly piercing and midriff showing pouring drinks, the owner was so high he could barely put a sentence together. I decided to forget it and walked out. I attempted twice to meet with his wife to help me fix the alteration, the first time she canceled, the second time I went in she wasn't there.
