Our designer, Alzbeta, was terrific. She didn't just measure, she studied how we use the space and inventoried our clothes to make sure everything would fit. We have a strange protruding corner in the closet; she treated it like a design challenge rather than a problem. The result looks so seamless that you would never know the corner was an issue. The installers were efficient, professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. They even replaced some baseboard I had to removed beforehand, which was a pleasant surprise and definitely above and beyond. After searching around last summer and speaking to a few different closet places, this summer, I finally made the decision to go with Closet Solutions. I have a large reach-in closet in my bedroom and wanted to build a custom closet that would be beautiful but also functional. It was important that the design would help me utilize the space to its greatest capacity. I had a wonderful experience with Closet Solutions! My designer Alzbeta was easy to work with and patiently went through many different options and designs with me. I also loved that they had a wealth of options when it came to colors and materials. I had a very specific look in mind and I was very happy with the options. Ultimately, I went with a color called Tea Time which is a rich brown laminate and looks fantastic in my bedroom. When it was time for the installation, I was able to get scheduled quickly. Some of the companies I had spoken with the previous summer had told me it would take up to 3 months to schedule installation. Closet Solutions scheduled my installation within a few weeks. Reina was very helpful and communicated all the details clearly. On the day of installation, Joseph showed up on time and worked hard to do a beautiful job installing my closet! He was very friendly and provided all the details about what he was doing and how long it would take. He took care to make sure the closet was installed perfectly and was careful to leave the area clean and looking good when he left. The real testament to how awesome they are came when I noticed some small glue material on one of the drawers after they left. I called Reina and she made sure Joseph got back to me within a day or two. When he came, he not only removed the glue but spent a good deal of time adjusting some drawers and other things. I am a little OCD, and I like everything to be just perfect. Joseph was amazingly patient and helpful, adjusting shelves and making sure everything was just the way I wanted it. We just had 3 closets done by Closet Solutions and we are very pleased with how they turned out! In fact, the whole process from initial contact to installation went amazingly well. After reaching out for a consult (via Yelp), Steve reached out and set up a time to come look at our blank canvases. He took measurements while I told him what we were looking for. He created some designs and came back to show us what they'd look like...what was really neat was that he had a laptop and was able to show us birds-eye and 360 views! We scheduled a date for installation (note that EVERYTHING is behind these days due to the bottlenecked supply chain) so it was scheduled out a few months. Fast forward to the week before the promised installation time: I got a call from the office to schedule delivery on the EXACT DAY promised. It took two days for the install and the installer, Claudio, was very courteous (wore a mask and booties without me having to ask), clean (he lined the floors with covering), and did a great job with install. There was an unforeseen issue with our air vent being in the way, but Claudio made a few cuts in the wood and you'd never know there was an issue! Ever since I retired, my small closets in my 1940's house were packed to the gills and impossible to utilize. Looking at my office (bedroom) now unused and a catchall for boxes. Decided to just do it (but scared of the undertaking, 40 years of STUFF to deal with. Called closet solutions from the good reviews, and after speaking with Scott who was personable and not a high pressure salesman, made an appointment. After meeting with Alzbeta, decided to take the plunge (gulp). I'm a novice about 3d plans, but she looked at all my belongings and measured and came up with a plan. They worked with my schedule, even changed the date a few times, no problem. But this was the best; getting ready for the installers, I was so overwhelmed by working day and night, climbing stairs and ladders (I'm 74) that I fell in a puddle of tears. I texted Alzbeta. She showed up the next day!!! (An hour drive) and brought rolling racks and emptied out my last closet herself! And was reassuring. Above and beyond. The installers were sweet, respectful, and professional. And when the didn't put backing up on something that looked weird to me, called Alzbeta because I thought maybe this was my fault. But she said no, it was in the contract (it was such a big contract I wouldn't have known) and she said they're coming back to do it correctly and I don't owe a penny more. Honest too. So I have 3 new closets and walk in closet and I have to go now and put more clothes away lol. Great company. read more

I contacted Closet Solutions and spoke to Alzbeta for a quote on a custom-built walk-in closet, asking for pricing with and without installation, as I already have someone who can install it for me. The representative refused to give me a quote unless I told them my intentions for the closet, seemingly thinking that I was trying to steal their designs. I just want pricing on the cabinets and if it was reasonable, to move forward. It's not like I work for another company and their closet had earth shattering technology. Update 11/1: Moving from a 1 star to 3 star Scott the owner gave me a call to apologize and smooth things over, with no intention of asking me to change my review, or for future business. His call was to see what happened and how they can improve in the future. He literally hit every single spot without asking me for anything in return. I'm meeting with him Friday, and if things continue this route, I'll update here again. Update 11/9: Moving from a 3 star to 5 star Scott is really incredible to work with. TLDR: Amazing company, on time, professional, more affordable than other companies, high quality job. We originally went with Closet World first but after seeing how bad their reviews were, we decided to go with Closet Solutions. I'm so impressed with this company, from the designs by Theresa, the customer service handled by Raena, and finally to the end product. There were so many issues with our previous Closet World design that Theresa pointed out, for example, the drawers wouldn't even open because it would hit part of the wall. In the end she designed something that was not only better, but also way more affordable! With customer service, everything was explained to us including the 10 week wait. I rather them tell me this upfront than promise something earlier and cancel (some of my other contractors). And trust me, there is a reason for the 10-week wait because they are that good. When the builder came he completed the job in 1 day, although I was told he would take 2. I'm a perfectionist and usually have issues with contractors and their builds but this is the first time I had 0 notes for any sort of contractor job. When he finished it was just perfect! Closets aside, this is an incredibly well run business and I can tell that the owner Scott takes time and care to plan this machine. There are many moving parts that make this company that all work together in sync. That takes talent. Bravo! read more

I contacted 3 closet companies and they were the first to respond, I spoke with Scott who gave me info about the company and took my ideas down. He emailed me information right away and I was in contact with a designer that same day. Alzbeta was my designer and she knew exactly what I wanted (convert my reach in closet into an office); we talked for a good 30-45 minutes because she was detailed and had many questions. I booked them in November, but didn't get the closet done until January because they're very busy, but it was worth the wait. Price was on the higher side and I paid extra to remove any existing rods/doors. I rather pay more for professionals that respond, follow up promptly, and cater to your needs. This lady knows her stuff and I will recommend her to anyone. Where others couldn't visualize maximizing space given our roof angles, she knew off the bat how to contend with that challenge. I'm also a bit Type A when it comes to communication and I have to say that Theresa was great! As was Raena in the office. From my initial reach out to the last day of installation -- 5 star service! CS was higher than all of the quotes I got, but after meeting with Melinda, seeing the good reviews, I decided to go with CS. This company is super professional and I highly recommend them! I initially met with my designer Cheryl. She came out and did all the measurements for the room I wanted to improve. She then created a 3D drawing and helped me make edits as needed. I was very satisfied with her level of detail. She was also very responsive to me and texted me back quickly. When I was satisfied with the design, she helped me schedule an installation date. I interviewed quite a bit of companies before deciding on this company. There were other companies that were cheaper and had earlier installation dates but this one had the best reviews. Not as many reviews as some competitors but if you look, there are no negative reviews. And it's because of their excellent customer service. I am very glad I waited the two months for an installation date because I really have nothing to complain about. The workers came and installed everything exactly per my design and the quality was superb. Lines were straight, no corners were cut, and I'm simply in love with my new display room.
