The cleaning crew arrived at 9:00 a.m., and by 1:00 p.m. they informed me that only about 50% of the home had been completed and that they needed an additional $600 to finish the job. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was effectively left with no choice. At that point, half of the house had already been cleaned, leaving me to either pay the additional $600 or have the company walk away with the job unfinished. As the owner of a property management company, I found this business practice extremely concerning and unprofessional. If the scope of work was underestimated, that should have been identified before the work began, not after the customer is already committed. In my opinion, this pricing approach feels misleading and unethical. I would strongly encourage others to get all pricing and expectations in writing before hiring this company.

Not to mention she goes so far as to do little things like making a cute flower on your toilet paper roll! Clearly a sign that she cares for her work. Very hardworking, and good with communication/flexible with scheduling. After today's deep clean she got a key to our home so if she comes and we're not there on her scheduled day she can still come in. We definitely are booking her again. One of the bathrooms was regularly used by an elderly relative, and since they passed away I've tried cleaning it on my own and just given up in frustration. It's a sunken tile tub that had a few years of soap scum and hard water crud layered on. Abby and Fred worked diligently on it with serious tools, cleaners, elbow grease and patience on one of the hottest days of the year. It looks wonderful now.
