I had a wall mounted closet that dislodged itself from the wall. I called closet solutions because their systems are floor based. They worked with my Pasadena closets no problem. The whole process went exactly as described. Cheryl and Claudio communicated well and executed to the plan. No stress. The final result is a more stable solution that I did not have to install for not much more than the do it yourself version (that ultimately failed). I now wish I had started with Closet Solutions. read more

We were very impressed with this company. We had numerous setbacks on our construction of our reach in closet by another contractor, but Reina was very professional about staying in touch to set up a designer for our project. This was just the start of the amazing experience with this company. The designer was very receptive to our needs, and quickly came up with solutions to customize our closet. We toured the local factory with the owner and knew we had made the right choice for our build. The installation was quick and although this was not a big installation, the attention to detail was noticeable. The closet is beautiful and functional, and in our budget! We have two master closets and we look forward to using this company to have another flawless experience. read more

Our experience was great from the first phone call with Raena to the designer (Eva) coming out to our home and giving us great suggestions and it was an easy decision to go with Closet Solutions. We finally got our wardrobe closet installed and the installer (Lennon) was great, experienced, punctual, clean, and well organized. Installation went smoothly and he asked preferences and ideas along the way, answered all our questions and continued to make sure we were happy along the way. It was a great experience every step of the way and with everyone we spoke to including the owner. I can't emphasize enough how pleasant and rare it was to work with a company that makes customer service and quality of the products a top priority from every staff member including the owner. I would highly recommended them for any of your closet needs. read more

After I bought my condo, I had a list of "to do's" and I'm so glad I found Closet Solutions. I was thorough reading reviews before choosing a company, which did not let me down here. Scott worked with me to redo a master closet, as well as add cabinets in a laundry room and finish a hall closet-- all within my budget. There was a little snafu when one product was delivered in the wrong color, but Scott immediately worked to fix the mistake and install the correct color. I really appreciated how well the company communicated at every step along the way. It's high quality product and service. I would certainly recommend. read more

I normally do not write Yelp reviews, but I was so happy with my experience with Closet Solutions, I had to share! Scott was SO great, helpful, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I called 2 other closet organizer companies and Closet Solutions not only gave me the best price and design, but made me feel like I was important as a customer. I highly recommend going with Closet Solutions over any other company for closet organizers. They were also able to move up my installation date by 2 weeks! read more

Closet Solutions was my first experience hiring a professional company to install multiple closets. I could not be happier. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner. The process was easy and fun. From the moment I met the fabulous designer Theresa, I knew it would be a good experience. As she evaluated my space, she knew what I needed before I did. She laid out multiple options for upgrades and was respectful of my budget. She didn't try to oversell me. After our initial meeting, she would send me jewelry valet options - complete with colors and various configurations from which to choose. I enjoyed the experience immensely. After waiting six weeks for my custom closets, Claudio arrived. He was just as professional and pleasant. The craftsmanship was above reproach. I am so delighted, that I am having an additional two closets installed as well as cabinets over my bar. Closet Solutions helped me to maximize my space (and showed me how many pairs of shoes I REALLY have - with room to get more)!!! If you want the best quality closet at an affordable price - call Scott!!! read more

Closet Solutions is phenomenal and we had a superb experience from beginning (with the quoting process) to the end (checking in after the project was completed). Our point of contact was Alzbeta F. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and both big-picture and detailed-minded. She arrived at our home to discuss our project, provide us with design options, and take measurements; and she treated us like we were her only client. She didn't rush through the process, took her time to answer all of our questions and asked very good ones of her own (touching on things we didn't even think about beforehand but were so important to consider to make sure the project would be done flawlessly). In addition, she is just a really positive person with great energy and very enjoyable to be around because she is warm, engaging, and kind. She then sent several versions of design options for our custom closet and took special care of every single detail since our closet space had some weird asymmetrical features. We asked for the project to be started and finished in a very small window because of when escrow was closing and when we wanted to move in; and she was able to accommodate us with no problem. The installer that put our closet together physically was extremely professional, hard working, and represented the company well, just like Alzbeta. We were amazed at the final product, the closet represented everything we hoped it would be. It is a very high-end closet for a reasonable price, and we have had multiple real estate agents and developers see our closet and tell us that they felt it was a model for what they should see in all custom homes. Don't look any further if you are wanting a custom closet for your home. You will not be disappointed with Closet Solutions and they will take care of everything for you with the best attitude and the most professional knowledge base you can find in the industry. We did a lot of research beforehand and are so glad we found Closet Solutions. They are a phenomenal company staffed with amazing people. Ask for Alzbeta F.! She will take excellent care of you. read more

I recently had a closet installed by Closet Solutions in my Culver City home and I am thrilled! I had met with 3 different companies before choosing Closet Solutions and I know I made the right choice. To provide a "comparison story", one of the companies I interviewed was a well-known closet company in California. They were unable to customize to my usual shaped space as they only use standard sizing. The design they came up with would have lost me significant closet space. Closet Solutions not only was able to work with my unique space, but also charged me HALF of what I was quoted with the well-known company with the bad design. Alzbeta was my designer with Closet Solutions and she was lovely to work with and had smart, logical advice. We also had had some construction delays forcing Closet Solutions off their planned installation date. Closet Solutions had to scramble, but they managed to squeeze us in anyway. Also, the installers were efficient and a pleasure to deal with and pulled of the installation in half the time that they had allowed. I highly recommend this company! read more

Closet Solutions has changed my life!! I have a small walk-closet and Theresa came up with a design that not only exceeded my expectations, but maximized the space. I am so happy!! The install team was quick, professional and Covid compliant. I will absolutely use them again!!! read more

These guys are awesome, great team and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and know how to get the job done. They put out a lot of hard work to get me what I needed. Will def go back to them for future projects. Thanks again guys! read more

We just completed both closets in our master bedroom. Theresa was amazing to work with. She paid attention to our goals and made the right recommendations to help us get there. We had an awesome experience with Closet Solutions from design to installation, the whole crew comes highly recommended. Our closets are beautiful and Theresa is to thank for that! read more

We moved into a new house that already had a walk in closet build out, but it wasn't configured quite right to accommodate my clothes and shoes. After searching and reading reviews, I came across Closet Solutions, and called to speak with Scott, the owner, to determine if they could work with the existing framework that was already built in. Once we agreed to move forward I was assigned a designer (Alzbeta) and we worked virtually via phone and photos (due to COVID-19 restrictions) to come up with a closet reconfiguration that would work for my wardrobe. The 3D mockups were great and exactly what I needed. After seeing the plans for my closet, my husband decided he wanted a build out for his reach-in closet, so we got to work on those designs. The process was very simple, efficient and relatively quick (given quarantine restrictions). We were very happy with the installation and the finished product. Now we can finally get organized and put our clothes away! read more

We had CS replace and install 2 new drawer systems in our walk-in closet. They did a great job. Installer was on time, professional and the system fit perfectly. Great pricing as well. Would highly recommend this company! read more

I have done 4 closets, my garage, and a laundry closet with Closet Solutions and their designer Theresa. I couldn't be happier. The design process was great. Theresa really listened and got to a design I was happy with even after multiple rounds of me changing my mind and tweaking things. The installers were professional, detailed and left everything super clean. The finished product looks very high end and is super functional. I highly recommend. read more

Closet Solutions was recommended by our friends who were very pleased with their work (in comparison to another company they used previously), so we trusted their judgement. We had 2 other companies provide us with designs and quotes before we went with Closet Solutions just to see what others offered. We immediately signed a contract when we saw the designs made by the awesome designer Eva Shiroma. She listened to what we wanted and instantly understood what we needed. Our project comprised of custom cabinets for our garage, closet re-do of our master bedroom and another bedroom, and finally a custom office space with a desk and file drawers in our loft. Eva knocked it out of the park and the guys that did the install were respectful our house, clean and careful, and most of all great at a perfect installation! Raena was also great to deal with. She communicated with me from the beginning to the end. We are sooooo pleased with all the work Closet Solutions did for our house! Everything is functional and beautiful! We HIGHLY recommend this company! read more

We used Closet Solutions about 5 years ago to put cabinets in our garage. They did a wonderful job and exactly as we wanted. Now I was wanting to get an upright freezer instead of the chest type we have and all of them were too tall to go under the cabinets over the current chest freezer. I called and Scott sent a man out to check and he said they could move these two cabinets but would have to come back with a helper - too heavy for one man. They were here yesterday and had both cabinets moved in no time at all. We would recommend them to anyone in a minute. Thanks Scott read more

I must give Bob a stellar review even though he did not do my closet. He was out of my region. But he took the time and set me up with a wonderful closet designer, Dion Derizzo, at Closet Factory who was fantastic. Dion raved about how great Bob was as well. In the construction industry nobody raves about anybody so it was refreshing that these two gentlemen spoke so kindly of each other. My deduction is that Bob at Closet Solutions is top notch! read more

We received great service from beginning to end. We had a small job, and Scott had no problem with that. He was prompt and reliable with communication. He sent Steve to draw plans. We had an awkward small space with a funky angle, but this was no problem for Steve. He had ideas and solutions and we were very happy with plan. Claudio came for install. He was professional and left the space neat and tidy. I would use Closet Solutions again and recommend to friends. read more

Bomb. We had Bob in for an estimate on a Saturday and he said he'd have a quote back to us in a couple of days. Bob called on Thursday saying he lost track of our order and asked if we still wanted a quote. Why wouldn't we after spending an hour with him going through the job specs?? I called back to confirm we still in fact wanted a quote which he said he'd have for us on Friday. Friday....Saturday...Sunday...still nothing. We had another service come in who gave us a quote on the spot which we accepted. Sorry Bob, but not a great way to win jobs. Good luck! read more

Called to see if Bob serves Orange County, unfortunately not. Instead, Bob was SUPER HELPFUL in giving tips on what to ask and expect when installing built in closets. I asked him a few more questions regarding suspend versus ground to wall built in and he was candid on what was safest. Needless to say, safety was his primary concern and told me to stay away from suspend built in. What I was most flabbergasted about was that Bob was willing to spend 15 minutes chatting with me knowing that I was not going to be a customer. Bob went way above and beyond and told me to email him with any questions I may have. I can't imagine the extent of care he takes with his customers, only wish I was. Thanks Bob, you are a real gem! read more

I chose this place simply based on the reviews. Didn't want to be the first person to give 1 star. Laura came out, she measured my closets and did a quick 3D model of my closet. All was good. I was happy. This was going to be a gift from my mom, so I was going to do a little extra and spend some of my money to get the best organized closet with new doors. My doors are floor to almost ceiling. She gave me a quote on the inside organization, but had to get back to me on the quote for the doors. She said she'd call me back the same day. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!! It's been a month. Thanks for wasting my time. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

We contacted Closet Solutions about the closets in our master bathroom - one walk-in and one reach in. There wasn't really a lot of room for anything breathtaking, but the final product was light-years beyond the simple rod and shelf system that was in place. Laura met with us several times at our home to help us design and to go over the plans for our new closets. The final product matched her CAD drawings exactly and did a great job flowing with the color and design of our current bathroom cabinets. The sale itself was great. The only pressure from the whole process was from my wife wanting to get the closets in ASAP. The price was much less expensive than other companies and the service from initial phone call to final install was top-notch. We have two more closets to do in the other bedrooms and will be calling Closet Solutions back as soon as the flooring is done. We are quite happy with their excellent service and product. read more

I had a great experience with Closet Solutions. After having a bad experience with another company, I called Scott and he set up a consultation for me very quickly. I like anyone made several appointments with different closet companies. I have to say Laura from Closet Solutions was the only designer who actually saw my vision and made it a reality! Laura was extremely personable, friendly and most importantly saw the featured I wanted and needed in our closet. I would highly recommend Closet Solutions and Laura. I hope we have additional areas in our house to organize so I can use them again! read more

While trying to figure out how to better organize my closets, I researched several different businesses. I was drawn to Closet Solutions based on the fact they were local and could create custom cabinets that were specifically designed for my fairly small walk-in closet. I contacted the owner, Scott, who set up an appointment with a designer pretty promptly. Ronald was our designer and was really helpful in making suggestions that maximized my small closet space. As we were finalizing the details, he was very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. My closet design was installed a few weeks later and I was so happy with the end result. The attention to detail included measuring my clothes and shoe boxes to ensure everything would fit into the closet just right. The installer was very professional and I can't find anything wrong with the workmanship. Everything is so neat and organized now, exactly what I was hoping for. I thought the price was very reasonable for the service and product I received. read more

Don't use anybody else! This is it. Customer service is what won me over with Closet Solutions. I worked with Bob and Ronald at our newly bought house. I couldn't be any happier. They are very professional and patient. They had great suggestions. Ronald who is also a designer, saw things I did not think about. I had another bid I was waiting on, and Bob was very patient and was willing to work with me without being pushy. They asked what I wanted and worked with my budget. They returned my calls promptly. They listened and respected my wishes. We only had less than a week to work with before we had to move in. They put my project on a fast tract without giving up on quality. If it was anybody else, it could not have been done and would have been more expensive. Bob who is the founder was very accommodating, and Ronald made it happen by making sure the four closets were ready. Ronald made sure his guys could do all closets which included a master in one day. They always asked to call them if I have any questions or if something needs to be changed. My closets are perfect! Thank you Ronald, Edgar and Bob! We make a great team. I will be seeing you again on the next project. read more

I highly recommend this company. From the sales pitch (Bob - the owner), to the design/pricing (Edgar) and execution (Lenin), this team of experts knocked the ball out of the park. Having endured months of renovation projects with countless unreliable contractors, plumbers, etc., I realized that the true test of a service-oriented company is how the customer gets treated when everything DOES NOT go according to plan. There was a small hiccup with our closet (the mirror sent over from the supplier was scratched), but Closet Solutions resolved the issue immediately no questions asked. Don't waste your time with their competitors. I had a signed contract with The Closet Factory for almost a month. And days before installation, they had the nerve to tell me that they underquoted me and that I needed to give them more money or they would cancel the contract. I'm glad I let them cancel the contract because I would not have had the opportunity to work with Closet Solutions. read more

Great experience with Closet Solutions. Cheryl was our designer and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from initial consultation to install. I was coordinating this project from out of the state and the communication was excellent. I could reach her by phone, text, email, and the entire process was easy. Loved her creative designs and the installation was right on planned date. I had a small hiccup in the process but the owner took care of the situation immediately. Very reliable team here and great quality work. Highly recommend. read more

This is a great company. The entire staff from start to finish was exceptional. Laura was our designer and she worked with me to configure the best solution for the space I had. Don't even hesitate to call Closet Solutions. I have a small walk-in closet that I couldn't even crawl into because of disarray and no organization, due to lack of space. After calling Closet Solutions, Jennifer, Senior Designer for Closet Solutions stepped in and changed my life. She put together a design to help me work with the closet space I've got. Not only did she gave me personalized customer service by coming out and seeing exactly what I needed vs what I thought I wanted, she followed through with personal attention during and after installation to make sure I was getting what I expected. Installation was a breeze. The installers were on time, no disruption of my household or clean up afterwards. My clothes were ready to "move in". read more

I called to see about getting a walk in closet for my home but unfortunately they did not service my area. They said that if I had questions, I could call them back anytime. So I did! I got a quote from another company and I wanted to see if it was reasonable. Edgar took the time to get the closet details so that he could get a good ballpark idea of the cost. He also answered my questions about the quality of the material being used. This was a very helpful conversation! I rate these guys 5 stars for being so darned nice! read more

Connected with Scott through Houzz about 3 months ago and now we have amazing closets in the master, kids, guests, toy room and pantry! This company was just fabulous from the beginning until the completion of the installation. Alzbeta was so professional, friendly and sincere in presenting a design to meet my specific needs. She was quick to present 3D drawings and responded promptly to address any questions that I had. We made a good team. Lenin installed the closet which matched the design perfectly. He arrived on time and made sure that the placement of the shelves and rods would provide the proper space for shoes and clothing. His workmanship was excellent. So impressed by their service and quality, that I didn't hesitate to call Ronald back for the next property. 5 stars. read more

Great Custom Closet! My closet collapsed in the middle of the night, and instead of fixing it, I decided to rebuild. I reached out to Scott, and he was super helpful and set up a time for Theresa to come out for a complimentary consultation. Theresa had great ideas for how to maximize my space, and accounted for my specific needs (I.e lots of shoe space). Closet Solutions' cost estimate was very competitive - so much so that I was able to do my whole closet as well as a guest room closet, all for under my budget. The plans were sent quickly, and soon I had an installation date sooner than anticipated. The installation crew was prompt, fast, effective, and left my closet and house nearer than when they arrived. I love my new closet (I've been told it looks like a fancy store :) ) and I couldn't be happier with the process and Closet Solutions. Thank you to Scott and Theresa and the whole Closet Solutions team! read more

I could not be happier with my closets from Closet Solutions. Bob, the owner, made the entire experience enjoyable. We have done 3 walk in closets with Bob and are planning a pantry, office and a reach in closet. Bob takes the time to measure your clothes, shoes, purses, anything you keep in your closet, in order to figure out the best way to organize your things. He also suggests the best sizes to use so you are not throwing away extra material. Bob really takes his time with you. He really wants you to be happy with your closets and he will do anything to make that happen. He truly cares more about getting it right than making money. If something is not right, he will fix it. All of the installers are fantastic as well. They are quick and neat. Everything fits exactly as it should. They are detail oriented and make sure everything is perfect. In a previous home I have had experience with the big closet company chains and the experience was nothing like this. One time, our garage cabinets, from one of the larger closet companies, came crashing down in the middle of the night! After that we tried a different large company to do a reach in closet. They actually installed the drawers so in order to open them, you had to open the closet doors 180 degrees. There was no way to fix it without removing and redoing the entire closet, which they would not do. Closet solutions is a smaller company and their focus is on customer service. Their closets are top notch and they will only be satisfied when you are. read more

We were referred to Closet Solutions by our contractor who highly recommended them after years of working together. We had an excellent experience with everyone we dealt with: our designer Barbara, the owner Bob, and Edgar on installations. We are very pleased with all the closets they did in our house and highly recommend them. Their customer service is excellent. read more
