In response, he simply sent me a letter to take me to court if I didn't make time for installation or paid him some % pre-installation charges that were due, which were never mention to me. Although Tyler jumped into action and resolved the situation, the owner is totally unprofessional with zero communication skills. The product was decent, but had nothing that blows your mind. Installation was average, the installer was more so in a rush to go to a party then anything else. Broke one of my cabinets in process of taking out old countertops. She was unable to template the layout correctly and upon installation the vanities do not fit my space and the countertop doesn't even match up with the vanities edges. All she has offered to me is excuses instead of trying to come up with a solution to fix this problem. Even her coworker, Bill, could not understand the layout she created for my bathroom vanities. If she could mess up a simple bathroom, I would be very scared to see what would happen with a bigger project like a kitchen.
