One, more "seasoned" sales person told the other that she just randomly makes up the price when it is not marked on an item and if customer is "stupid enough to accept the price" then that is what it is sold for. Both employees laughed it off. My sister had already purchased an item before we heard this exchange which she did not hear. Since then, Friday April 10, 2026, we have shared this information to discourage other "stupid" shoppers from giving this store any business. Shame on them for their LOW CLASS treatment of consumers. I will make sure and pass this on to the many new families we know that will be sending their children to Vanderbilt and Belmont this fall.

Randy was very knowledgeable about brands and caring for the boots. He answered all our questions patiently and was attentive without being overbearing. This was the third boot shop we visited and the pricing for the same brands seemed to be consistent. It was an excellent experience and we would recommend this store based on service provided.
