They had around 8-10 flavors and I went for the more fruity flavors. Obviously no samples due to COVID but we kinda expected a little more variety as some of the tubs on display are repeats of each other. The flavor is good and on par with good ice cream. The marshmallows in the ice cream is kind of weird and I am honestly wishing they just left it out. The flavor texture combo with the marshmallows was not pleasant. I wish the milk fat content was higher here as some other similar boutique ice cream shops but overall, if you are in the area, this is an affordable and cute date place to grab a scoop. read more

Upon walk-in, I was immediately greeted by the workers and explained the ice cream place. All the flavors are homemade by Cloud 10's own chef and they are all super unique. We came in here because Nicole was so very kind and took time to go over the ingredients with us over the phone. When we came in she had the most beautiful smile on her face and treated every client with kindness even though it was busy and she was all alone. People like Nicole make businesses special!!! Came here after dinner with a large group of people. The workers were patient because we were all trying the flavors one after another. I got the SESAME OIL and it reminded me of black sesame. It had a good strong sesame flavor and the consistency was creamy. The EARL GREY LEMON was disappointing. Wow!! This ice cream is amazing! Made right here by a pastry chef. The customer service is great. They are very friendly and allowed us to try what we wanted before ordering. Came in after eating some dinner and my friend was joking about getting a sample of all the ice cream and then not buying any after she got full with the free samples. I said "don't you do that you jerk." Well the guy who was serving people ice cream came to me and said "don't bring that energy here". It was my first time being here so I wasn't familiar with their offerings, but their staff was so helpful, they gave me samples and everything. I went with their Banana Split since that's what I had seen online and it looked delicious. I gotta say, it was probably the best banana split I've ever had, they heat up the banana with a blow torch so that it caramelizes and it just transforms it. I'm not really sure what was happening here this past Saturday around 8pm. Nine of us walked in and waited behind the counter. It looked like there was one employee in the whole place and he was taking an order for a group of five ahead of us. The man behind the counter was acting so strangely that I'm convinced he was high on something. He was moving at a snail's pace and looked completely spaced out and wasn't talking or making eye contact with anyone. I swear it was like he was moving in slow motion. The decor is bright inside with lots of cute tables and chairs and a bar table for those who likes to stand. We got a cone with Nutella with marshmallow and strawberry jam. There are no better combo on this earth than chocolate and strawberry I tell ya. The Nutella flavor is spot on, I can live without the marshmallow though. Strawberry was perfect and exactly how I remember it. I love biting into the frozen jam mixed if, it adds a layer of crunchiness in the midst of creaminess. The staff also let us tried the toasted rice and chocolate hero flavor. The toasted rice was surprisingly good, almost tastes like tapioca, will try this next time. The chocolate hero flavor is for the ultimate chocoholic, rich and creamy and full of chocolate flavor. I ordered two scoops ($5.50)- one of goat cheese with milk chocolate and the other cafe sua da (Vietnamese ice coffee). Both were rich and creamy, and represented their respective flavors very well. I did think that the guy behind the counter was pretty fun and engaging. He scooped out my ice cream and before I realized what was going on, tossed my scoop of ice cream high into the air before catching it in the cup. There were so many fun flavors I wanted to try like the Goat Cheese and Milk Chocolate ice cream, but unfortunately there were no samples. Came here after getting KBBQ next door. They only had one person working and he wasn't the quickest so it was extremely slow, even though there was only one party of two people in front of us, it took him nearly 10 minutes to prepare and serve them their sundaes/banana splits. I tasted a few flavors (he was very clear you only get three samples max) and while a lot of the flavors sounded good, thing really tasted amazingly good. I ultimately settled on getting a scoop of the cantaloupe orange blossom ice cream as it isn't everyday you see a cantaloupe flavor, but I'll say it was just alright nothing special. The toasted rice ice cream was too plain tasting, and the watermelon sorbet was too sweet and melty. Also a lot of their ice cream was melting in the case so they should probably invest in a better freezer case or turn down the temp because it doesn't look that good and also don't like eating goopy half melted ice cream. read more

They've done a great job of transforming the interior into a cute ice cream parlor in another time and place. The future, maybe? The ice cream is so good. Creamy, not super sweet, and packed with flavor. I got the banana split... IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. It's huge, delicious, dreamy, the ultimate dessert. I chose three different ice creams, watched the server caramelize my banana, and then pile on the scratch-made whipped cream. Downside: worker was solo and the line didn't stop while we were there. Making the banana split presented some technical challenges and I wished that I could go behind the counter to help out. This in no way impacted my overall happiness with this place. RIP OFF. I ordered a cone with strawberry ice cream and a s'mores Sunday. The ice cream cone was hollow with no ice cream in the cone it was literally one scoop sitting on top. When I asked them they said that is how they always have it. I have NEVER been to a ice cream shop where it is a hollow cone with one scoop of ice cream on top. Then they made the order wrong for the s'mores and the male cashier said because of social distancing you can't come back to the line. EXCUSE me ??? I've heard such great things about this place and was so excited to try it. My best friend and I brought our daughters in for dessert tonight. We barely made it in the door before the guy behind the counter literally yelled at us, "Get that dog out of here!" Everyone in the place stopped what they were doing and turned around to stare at us, and my daughter responded (not yelling, I might add) that the dog is her service dog. The guy then said something about the dog still needing to leave because it's a health code violation. When he first yelled at us, I began approaching the counter, so as to minimize his need to yell across the room and all this had taken place by the time I made it to the counter. I tried to inform him about service dog rights but he had no interest in speaking to me whatsoever and told me he was "just doing his job." Having a disability as a teenager isn't easy, to say the least. And the extra attention called to your disability because of a service dog can be intimidating, but I have continually reminded my daughter that she has a right to enjoy her time out just as much as anyone else. Tonight was one of the nights that she wished she had just stayed home. We tried to keep it upbeat and move on from the confrontation, encouraging the girls to look at the menu. The guy behind the counter apparently decided he was not going to serve us and a woman came out from the back to wait on us. No greeting, no smile, just perfunctory service. The chill in the air was definitely not from the ice cream. I don't think I have ever felt so unwelcome. Or so unappreciated as a customer. Did the ice cream taste good?
