They use to be in rice village but have now moved to this location. The guys working when I came in last Tuesday were really cool. They let us try which ever flavor we wanted. The owner Chris Leung is very rude and lacks any form of customer service, which is why his staff is so terribly trained. I've seen him in the shop in person and heard him talking so I know how his voice sounds. One day I called asking to speak to the owner and he picked up himself and said "he's not in right now". What a joke. He doesn't care about customer concerns because he thinks his ice cream is so wonderful that if you don't like it, it's because you just have bad taste and refuses to replace your order or refund your money. His best ice cream flavors are mediocre and the rest are just terrible ideas that never got tested before making huge batches. Get off your high horse you make ice cream for a living. read more

I was not impressed with the flavor or price. The mint ice cream tasted like spearmint, which is not great for ice cream at all. My husband loved his sundae however. They don't take cash and are an all card system. The decor to me is bland and the neon sign is the nicest thing there. I've had better ice cream at McDonald's to be honest. I mean, the ice cream was alright. Walking in to the store, it's very cold. The staff were not as friendly and did not really care to help. The flavors are unique and I could not decide what to get because i sampled some of them and they did not taste as good. I ended up getting Nutella with Marshmallows and Mango Sorbet. Weird combo, but it was the only two that tasted decent. Two scoops of ice cream is about $5.50. The scoops are big which is nice and the ice cream does not melt as easily. An instagram worthy ice cream spot! I am personally not a huge fan of ice cream and prefer more of the sorbet flavors, and I love that this place has so many sorbet options including mango and lime! I had to read some of the comments just to see if I was the only one but what's up with the texture of the ice cream!?!? It feels like when you leave ice cream out to soften up and you forget about it and it's just overly mushy. I got the Nutella & Marshmallows ice cream and it tasted nothing like Nutella sadly. I really wanted to like this spot because it's so cute! From the neon sigh to the cute ice cream wall outside. I know this is a soft opening but I hope they reevaluate the ice cream and texture. The cutest place! The walls look like melting Neapolitan ice cream, they have floating cloud lighting and a neon sign to brighten up the place even more. An Instagram moment if you will. I got a scoop of vanilla and marzipan. Ohhhhh my God I never knew how good marzipan ice cream was. I'm so glad I tried it! I'm actually surprised I liked it because I HATE cherries and cherry flavored anything but I guess because it wasn't overpowering and there was also a hint of an almond taste that's what made it taste great! If you're like me and dislike cherry flavored stuff, the marzipan might wow you. Just trust me!!! It was also nice to see one of the employees sanitizing tables and chairs as people were leaving with everything that's going on right now. Definitely 10/10 and I'll be getting a whole bucket of that marzipan ice cream next time. read more

Great variety of flavor and friendly staff. The ice cream was great but I do find it overpriced for what it is. Although they had different flavors nothing was so out of this world that I would call extraordinary or unique. The toppings were definitely overpriced for the what they were. Ice cream was absolutely delicious but there was only one male employee working on a Saturday evening. I felt a little grossed out because it was pretty dirty and unsanitary behind the counters as well as in the hall. The employee was slow and unenthusiastic... you could tell he was miserable. I would be too if I was the only one working the whole store. Nobody to wipe down any of the tables and the line was extremely slow moving. It was awkward and I felt bad for the employee but at the same time, he was giving pretty bad attitude and service... the owner needs to hire more positive employees or schedule more than one person to work at a time. read more

Their ice cream was so good - I got the dark chocolate and strawberry. But I was sad that their store was understaffed (only two people during peak hours). I don't mind waiting but their bathrooms were honesty so gross and the state of the entire store, even behind their counter, was really grimy and unkept. I think if they were better staffed (with proper management as well), they would have people able to keep the place looking nicer as a dirty store is a scary reflection of what might be behind the closed doors in my opinion. read more

I have been on an ice cream cake all summer and happy that I ran into Cloud 10. There is no street parking so I parked in the garage which is connected to the building, which is an easy walk. I arrived and loved seeing the different flavors of ice cream that I had never seen before such as sorbets, PB&J and a mixture of other flavors. I got a mix of 'Nutella with Marshmallows' and brown sugar cookies & cream in a waffle cone. The flavors were a tad bit sweet but still good. They also had extra toppings (sprinkles, syrups, etc). It was my first time trying this creamery I walked right on in, and was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. The employee was very patient with my curiosity about all the different flavors, which made me comfortable taking my time choosing my 2 scoops, my flavors were mint chocolate chip and dark chocolate. I can honestly say that the dark chocolate ice cream is top tier it was so rich and thick, it was not sickly sweet it was perfect although it was a little too melted/soft for my liking. The mint chocolate chip was just mid, I just felt like I was eating mint leaves and little pieces of chocolate, it wasn't what i was expecting the mint was overpowering it wasn't really a combination, I am absolutely positive I am going back for more dark chocolate ice cream, I would also go back to try other flavors. The vibe was very calm and quiet after a while the place did start to get busy but it still wasn't loud or rowdy. I really enjoyed being able to have a conversation with out having to talk over loud music or loud customers. read more
