Went here for a vaporizer. I am totally new with this. There was really no one in here, but they did have a good selection. The older gentleman of the store was super helpful but then got pulled away to help another person. We were helped by a younger man, who was good, however when we started to ask if he could shown us how this whole vaping works; he got really odd and asked us how much we want to spend. We told him approx $100. We started to take apart a vaporizer (without him even offering to help!) and had no clue what we were doing and we pushed a button on the vaporizer (without oil, which how was I supposed to know that was a no no?) and he immediately got really weird and semi-ly rude. We felt like a complete idiot and he totally didn't say no worries or anything but instead got silent and looked at us like we were stupid. Vaping is still new for some of us and guidance would be extremely helpful. We weren't offered any samples of oils to try in house, and just seemed so always while there. Ended up going to the vape z in carlsbad, and spent money and got all the stuff I need and felt like they deserved my money more then being a problem customer, I was appreciated at vapor z. Wouldn't return most likely unless I want oils. read more

Amazing.. just got back from this shop. They are super cool cats there that were more then willing to help get me on the road to vaping..Great experience.. Cloud 9 is simply the best there is. Both this and the escondido location are great for newbies and for veterans with experience. Great juices. The girls that work there are always really nice. They have gotten me into a bunch of new flavors. They always have stock of whatever juice you need. I've been to other shops and after going to Cloud 9, I just can't find anything better than them. They use five star so I always get discounts and coupons by text. They are great so just go there. love this place. Huge selection of liquid, love their house juice Loxie. Biggest selection of authentic mods I've ever seen in a shop. They don't tend to sell clones except for the occasional 28mm tobh or something like that where the original manufacturer doesn't make them to that spec. They also have Gplat, Royal, Hotwires. Great place to hang out, friendly atmosphere, occasional free pizza from Domino's next door. By far the best place to go if curious about anything from your first vape to your first authentic mod. Always used to order my setups on line but ever since I went into the store to get a quick bottle of juice ive been hooked. They have always got me in and out but never felt rushed. Their selection is awesome and they carry most major staples in the juice company world. If i had to pick a downside (its hard) i would say within their brands that they carry they are kinda lack on specific flavors. However, this was made up by the fact that their house juices should fill those holes. Hands down recommend them, the esco store isnt quite as great read more

I only go to this store because it is right down the street from my house and I REALLY want to quit smoking. I NEVER enjoy going in there though. Every time I walk in there is always a gaggle of people just hanging out vaping, and it always takes a few minutes for them to ask me if I need any help? They always make me feel like I'm the asshole bothering them? It does not matter when I go in there is always a group of the employees friends hanging out so it is not just during slow times, just a bunch of people without jobs or things to do I guess? I have been going there for about a month now and am not sure about the prices as it is the only one I go to, but from talking to other people they are average to high? I just mainly have problems with the customer service and the whole attitudes of the employees EVERY time I go there. I have spent well over 500 dollars to get started and am treated like a stoner kid when I go in there? I can't wait to quit vaping, someone opens another store nearby, or this store just gets their staff in line. Very unprofessional :( read more
